Yeah I guess I didn't read the small text, but flexible ticket is complete bullshit. Want to change your flight? Pay more than buying a fresh ticket elsewhere, but you are "saving" some kind of a made up fee, but they want to charge you 55euros for their hard work changing the flight.... I'd rather pay more to a competitor next time. I guess this one is on me :)
Do not book with this company. You risk being left without a flight. This company is not reliable and behaves like a scam.I booked a connecting flight with an international flight through LOL Travel. At check-in, I was told that the flight appeared as cancelled and that there was no booking under my name with the airline.I contacted LOL Travel, since they had already charged me the full amount of the ticket, and they told me that they had not made the reservation and that they did not know why. However, after checking my emails carefully, I found the booking confirmation and the payment confirmation.Despite this, I tried several times to contact them by email and only received very late responses. They never provided a real explanation and simply said they did not know what had happened. As a result, I was forced to buy another ticket at a much higher price.The company never informed me, never warned me that the booking was not properly confirmed, and no message or notification was ever sent. Later, they even claimed that they had sent emails which I never received.
Les pongo un 3 por la inseguridad que genera que no te contesten el teléfono y experimentar la misma subida de precio de vuelos en el último segundo justo cuando voy a pagar los billetes (como todos los usuarios).Les daré un voto de confianza (me enviaron los billetes enseguida y veo que el proveedor tambien me tiene registrado). Ya veremos lo que pasa si tengo que cambiar fechas (contraté el seguro) o si tengo una incidencia. Que miedo me da …Os mantendré informados de como acaba esto. Estoy dispuesto a mejorar la reseña si mi experiencia es buena, de verdad.…..I give them a 3 for the insecurity of them not answering the phone and experiencing the same increase in flight prices at the last second just when I go to pay the tickets (like all users).I will give them a vote of confidence (they sent me the tickets right away and I see that the supplier also has me registered). We'll see what happens if I have to change dates (I contracted the insurance) or if I have an incident. Feels scary to think what will happen...I’ll keep you all posted on how this ends up. I’m truely willing to improve my rating if my experience with them turns out to be good.
The air company made a change in the itinerary PNR D1MOTM that is imposible, we can not connect in our second flight.lol.travel initially propossed a change but we missed it in the spam. Now, that we realize of the problem, we tried to contact them...they answer giving a link to confirm or reject another propossal, but the link has no buttons to confirm or reject it.
They advertise flight tickets at low prices, and I spent two full days trying to find suitable tickets. When I finally booked them, the booking was cancelled and the prices increased. I spent another entire day searching and saw that the tickets were again being offered at a low price. I booked them once more, and again the tickets were cancelled.When I asked what was going on, I was simply advised to buy tickets from another airline.I don’t understand why they are selling tickets that cannot actually be purchased, and I have now wasted three days trying to find suitable flights.
I tried to book my flight, they deducted the money and gave me no flight tickets. upon contacting them they said that they did not receive my money and after i gave them evidence that my bank can attest to the transaction, they stopped responding to my emails. I eventually got the money back after an investigation by my bank. i had to get another company to book my ticket.
I saw the best price on this website and started booking. After entering all my data and proceeding to payment, I got a message saying the price has increased by 80 euros. I tried searching on the next day and again I see the low fare first but after entering my data, the price automatically increases. Waste of time.
I booked a €425 Lufthansa ticket through lol.travel. When my event in Frankfurt was rescheduled by one day due to a UEFA high-security match, I asked to move my flights forward by one day. Lufthansa themselves confirmed that rebooking was possible — but since the ticket was issued by lol.travel, only the agency could process it.lol.travel’s response? A scripted refusal and an “offer” to cancel the entire booking for a refund of €20.89. That’s less than 5% of the ticket price.This is not customer service, it’s a trap: once you’ve booked, you have no flexibility, no support, and no way out if plans change — even if the airline is willing to help.If you value your money, your time, or your sanity, avoid lol.travel. Spend a little more and book directly with the airline, where you at least have options.
