We booked a travel package through this agency that included two stopovers. However, the first flight was canceled, causing us to miss our connections. The agency completely ignored our situation. When they did respond, they simply shifted the blame to the airline and did not assist us in booking the next flight. As a result, we were stranded at the airport for 24 hours with no support or solutions. Their service was absolutely terrible. We strongly advise avoiding this agency at all costs.
Stay Away – Misleading Prices and False PromisesAvoid lol.travel at all costs. They lure you in with promises of free baggage and the lowest prices on partner sites like Momondo, but as soon as you click through to their site, the price jumps and the “included” baggage suddenly disappears. Their advertising is completely misleading. This company is a scam – save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.
Lol travel.Is a scam company. They took credit card details then they told me the cart had been declined. I gave them another cards details which went through at 296 pounds instead of 260 Then later looking I saw that from my credit card they're taken 1 pound then they took 1,000 pounds and then they took 1,500 pounds. I tried to call them as Id not received my flight ticket.I have tried calling them and they've blocked me.So I'm out of pocket over 3,000 pounds with this company.One of my banks have said they are not legitimate their scammers and looking at the posts that's exactly what they are!On one bank statement it says lol travel On another statement it says love holidays!Please by thinking your saving a little bit of money your not .Don't give this company any card details!
I had a very disappointing experience with lol.travel. After my flight itinerary was significantly changed, I requested a refund. The airline confirmed that they approved the refund and transferred the money to lol.travel weeks ago. Despite this, lol.travel has not returned my money.I have filed a formal complaint with the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and reported the case to ECC Sweden. This has caused me a lot of stress, especially since the tickets were a significant financial expense for me.I strongly advise others to avoid booking through lol.travel. If anything goes wrong, you may be left without support or your money.

I booked a hotel with lol.travel, I had a 7night stay in Menorca for £350. Everything was booked and i finished my trip in the hotel i booked. The communication could have been better, in terms of giving me more information about booking confirmation. I had to email and ask. Otherwise it was fine.
