Do NOT use this company unless you enjoy being nickel-and-dimed until your holiday budget is decimated. We booked a trip for an initial cost of £639, only to have the final cost balloon to an unbelievable £1055 before we even settled into the hotel. The stress and hidden charges have completely ruined our first day.The problems began immediately with add-ons and poor customer service. We pre-paid £86 for an airport transfer coach, but when we decided more than a week ahead to rent a car instead, the company refused to refund the £86 transfer fee.The flight experience was a disaster. Because the app repeatedly failed to allow us to check in (for flights we had already paid for!), we were forced to pay a shocking £110 check-in fee at the airport. On top of that, we were charged an extortionate £180 for just two suitcases. These costs were ridiculous and completely unexpected.Finally, upon reaching the hotel, we were hit with yet another fee: £10 per day for parking, which was never mentioned during the booking process.What started as a reasonably priced holiday turned into a nightmare of unexpected expenses and stress caused by system failures and unfair policies. The combined frustration of the refusal to refund the transfer, the costly airport check-in fiasco, the excessive baggage fees, and the undisclosed hotel parking fee has made this a truly miserable experience.Would absolutely not recommend using this company.
