Live Chat does workWithin a minute, Live Chat agent Sakr showed up on-line soon stared understanding my multiple requests ended up renewed multiple shipping labels, so the hotel reservation numbers can show on the shipping labels. :)

Highly Recommendable!

Very positive experience! Relocating can be a stressful task and LuggageTo Ship was a real big help to transport 6 large luggages I can no longer bring for my road travel from California to Florida. This is my first time to ship luggages and was just resigned to experience any delays and was praying that there will be no loss. What a big surprise that today, I received my luggages- exact projected date of delivery! The delivery guy called and patiently waited for the 10 minutes request as I rushed home to receive them. Their customer service is also amazing (Adham and Sisi) were prompt to answer my queries, thank you for guiding me. Luggage To Ship is Highly recommendable !

International Trip - Sakr was big help.

I am traveling to the UK for a sewing retreat and with all the baggage issues at Heathrow I am concerned about my sewing supplies getting there. I am going to ship the luggage with all the supplies and a change of clothes so when I get there I will have what I need in case my large bag gets lost. Sakr was a big help in answering my questions and now I know how to ready and address the package! Thanks
