Why I appreciate Luggage to Ship!

First off, many thanks to Adham for the quick response and addressing the issue.I am very pleased with my experience and impressed by the time the reply.Upon reviewing my shipping label I noticed that we have provided the wrong phone number for the recipient. I have sent an email to the company expecting a response within a few hours at the most. To my surprise within seconds I received a reply with a new shipping label with the corrected phone number! I truly appreciate the customer service provided during this transaction. It was courteous, helpful and seamless

Outstanding shipping service

I just shipped 8 years of my life from the US to France through luggagetoship, and the service was truly outstanding. Adham worked very closely with me on a really tight deadline : same day shipping of 16 boxes, which arrived at destination in less than 2 days (instead of the 5 days I paid for). It was a recommendation from a friend, and I will most definitely recommend them to more friends in need for shipping services.
