This company lacks good customer experience, I paid for pick up, they never advised properly on what to do, for a first timer like me, I had to drive 30min to fedex company, I forgot they gave me wrong fedex address too! The Customer Service agent are almost rude! Not willing to help or go extra mile for you!I’m still expect my refund for the pickup that never happened. NEVER AGAIN will I use them! NEVER!
I needed to ship luggage the next day and I called Luggage to ship because on google it stated they are 24hrs. Oh my I was so appreciative that someone answered as I wanted to make sure that if I messed up or needed help someone was available. So Sakr answered and he was extremely patient, helpful all the way to the end. We even had laughs together as I am moving and forgot that I didn't have a printer with me. So he went over and above to find various ways to assist me. I was able to find a friend to print it out. He stayed on the phone with me throughout the whole process. I use to use another shipping service however, I will be using Luggage to ship all the time now. Super Customer service. He was very kind and understanding. Thanks a bunch Sakr.
Fabulous service! I used them to ship my large suitcase to France for an extended vacation there, because the reports of lost luggage on flights transiting through Heathrow had me concerned. It arrived perfectly and LuggageToShip was very prompt in responding to any questions I had about customs, etc. I was so pleased that I ended up using them to ship my bag back to the US. Even with a courier pickup from an isolated location on the French coast, in a foreign country, in a language I don't speak, it was seamless, and my bag arrived back at my home in the US ahead of the promised delivery date. Fully intend to use their service again!
I was nervous about getting my order in on time, but luckily Kimo, from customer service, was very helpful and made sure I got everything sorted out. I will definitely recommend Luggage to Ship to other people who need to send things internationally.
