My old suitcase was literally from the 1990s - one of those hard shell ones that weighed a ton empty. Everything is better than that dinosaur! This Luhxe is lighter, holds more, and actually fits modern airline requirements. Should of upgraded years ago.
They say a 30-day return policy. They don't put in there that you have to return to China which cost over $120 to return from the United States. Even know the package came from California they would not allow it to be returned there to get any money back. You can find much better stuff for a better price and not so backstabbing when it comes to returns.
Absolutely the worst company to order from. They email you saying they are looking into your shipment and get back to you with a fake response saying they are looking into the shipment and will get back to you. Completely lie. I ordered something on the 3rd of this month and still haven’t received my item even after getting the 3-7 day shipping. They will take your money and not assist you at all. On their website their reviews are all from “anonymous writer”. You know they make their employees write them. I will be contacting my bank they are a scam and will NOT help at all. stay way from LUHXE.
This company is a total scam! I tried to cancel my order because it had been over a week since I placed with expedited shipping and had no update. They said they only have a 6 hour cancellation window! WTF?!?! When I was FINALLY provided a shipping update, it showed the item didn't ship until 3 days after I reached out. They refused to refund my money and are now trying to charge me the shipping to send the items back along with a 20% restocking fee. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but they never replied. Now I'm out all this money for bags I no longer even need because they did not arrive in time
We cruise 4-5 times per year and this bag has been on 8 cruises so far. Salt air, humidity, constant packing and unpacking - it handles everything beautifully. The material cleans up nice and doesn't hold odors like some bags do. My husband finally asked where I got it because his expensive Samsonite is looking shabby compared to my Luhxe.
