I watched a whole marketing video about…

I watched a whole marketing video about poor old ladies and this young flight attendant getting fired and then making this bag to help people. Then I did some research and it’s owned by some conglomerate rich white ladies or something. Marketing is false and maybe AI, certainly phishing for sympathy and seems be try to use a person of color who “just lost her job” to market these. Ick.

The bag itself was good

The bag itself was good, the only problem was that I did not pay the extra $100 for the wheels. It was a little pricey to include the wheels.

Nice but took a very long time to arrive

Took a very long time to arrive. But once it did and I zipped everything up I was surprised and amazed at how much room there is in this bag, and if you use the hanging portion…WOW! I can easily see it fitting everything I need. I’m a bit skeptical that my clothes won’t be wrinkled using that portion but I’m going to give it a try. I’m just not certain how my “liquids” and such will make it through security. Definitely do not want to check this bag as there is no way to secure it, no way to lock the zippers from being opened. I had the buy one get one deal and bought both in black, now wish I would have gotten one in pink and the black one for my husband.

They earned my business after others lost it

I needed to get i contact with customer…

I needed to get i contact with customer service as a saw that they were only shipping one bag when I ordered the buy one get one. They contacted me immediately through email and handled my situation and are sending me the other bag and requested what color I would like.I was so upset that I wasn't getting what I orered BUT they completely put me ar eae and said that they woud be processed together!Now I can't wait to get them!Thank you so much !

As perfect as imagined

The compartments are great and skillfully designed. I love the look and feel of the bag. The size is perfect; there would be no trouble using this as a carry-on for a flight.
