Review Time
Let's start with original order. I was buying for a trip I was taking. The original delivery date coincided with my trip. Unfortunately there were numerous delays and I did not get on time but 6 weeks later! When I finally received the bags (I ordered 2 bags) I had no trips planned. I finally did get to use the bags 2 weeks ago. The roller option that I ordered gave me a pull up handle with wheels. Unfortunately the platform that holds the bag kept unhinging and did not allow bag to stand on it's own which was very much a hassle. Secondly the zipper to the hanging area on the 2nd bag fell apart!! I was upset and contacted company. They understood (NOT) but refused to help due to their 90 day warranty expiring. I explained that when I ordered bags it was for a trip and it never arrived on time. I explained I don't travel that often and the 90 day rule was very unfair as they never met their original delivery date. Had they met their original delivery date I would have easily been within 90 day policy. We went back and forth on this issue and they absolutely refused to do anything. They also claim the bag is leather...it is not. This company is a total ripoff. They are the reason this problem exists and they take zero responsibility for their part in this fiasco. There are other companies that make this bag and I strongly suggest you consider a different company as this company could care less about customer satisfaction. HORRIBLE experience.
Ordered our product 8/6/2025 was supposed to ship within 7 days. I contacted customer service around that time. They promptly responded basically said "we got you be patient". It is now 8/27/2025 and our bags still have not shipped! Hope they arrive by the end of January 2026....our trip is in February. Tim Dobbs
I bought 2 luhxe bags Aug 8th and I have emailed them 4 times asking for tracking number and an update. They just say it is coming but nothing else. Very frustrated and it is totally unprofessional. I spent over 200 dollars and have not seen any bags yet.
Do not waste your money. Very low quality. It did not make it through ONE use. One zipper was not on track but I managed to get it functioning. By the time I got to my destination the snaps ripped from the thin leather. IF it is really is leather. On the trip back home, the entire duffle handle ripped from the bag. And no, I was NOT rough with it and it was NOT overpacked. Total garbage!!! Buy the same style bag from Wool and Oak.
So thoroughly disappointed! Cheap faux leather, not real like they claim! Took forever to get the bags and I was immediately mad at myself for falling for the false advertising. I should have read the reviews first! Only have myself to blame for being a sucker!
My old suitcase was literally from the 1990s - one of those hard shell ones that weighed a ton empty. Everything is better than that dinosaur! This Luhxe is lighter, holds more, and actually fits modern airline requirements. Should of upgraded years ago.
