I really wanted to like this bag!! 1) Bags took 1 month to arrive2) Once the bag is packed the wheel base is unstable and there is no 360 degree mobility. 3) It claims to fit 7 hanging items….how? One hanging loop? 4) Once the bag was fully packed I realized I would be putting the dirty wheels inside …..no room for those, and dirty. Not a great design. 5) Clothes that were hung were a wrinkled messThank goodness I did a trial run with this bag at home before I used it for a wedding I thought it would be perfect for.I’m soooo disappointed!
Just returned from visiting my daughter in Seattle and I'm still smiling about this. Used my Luhxe bag for the first time and sailed right past the gate agent who usually flags my overstuffed rolling bag. Packed 8 days worth of clothes plus my medications and still had room. Saved myself $150 in baggage fees round trip! At 67, I've learned you have to be smarter than the airlines, not just richer. This bag paid for itself on the first trip.
I needed this bag for a trip overseas and I had 3 weeks and sent them an email - my cart was open. Somehow they charged me for the bag 3x and got them all AFTER I returned from the trip. They are complicate and they don’t roll unless you buy the wheels which are cheap. I contacted them to return at least 2 of them and they wouldn’t even send a return label and have a 20% restocking fee plus you have to pay shipping. They must count on this for you to just be stuck with the bag. DoNOT suggest a purchase. Ugh
I ordered a bag from Luhx well over a week ago, and they still haven’t even shipped it. I contacted them twice—first I was told they would look into it and get back to me, but I never heard anything. When I followed up again and asked to cancel and get a refund, they refused, saying the order was “processed,” even though they still couldn’t tell me when it would actually ship.For the amount I paid, I expected at least timely shipping and better communication. Instead, I was left with no updates, no clear answers, and no option to cancel despite not knowing when my order would arrive.Extremely disappointed in their service.
I ordered 2 luggage bags with rollers. I gave 1 to my mother & I kept one. This is not real LEATHER at all.But I got ready to use mine & noticed that one of the snaps were not attached well to the luggage so I took a picture of it & emailed the company. I used the bag & surely the snap broke I finally received a response from the company that stated they would only refund me 15% of my total or send me another bag. I had no other choice but to get the bag. The turn around refund is 55 days & I was in that time frame. I was surprised that they were only giving me 15% back. I will never order another luggage online. This bag is not the price they are asking for at all BYERS BEWARE!!! Do not Buy!!!
