Review Time
I ordered 2 bags at the beginning of August. I was told I'd have shipping information in 3 to 7 days. I have emailed several times and keep getting the same response. We've sent this to our logistics team and they're looking into it. No bags or info. Don't waste your time with them.
My issue is in trying to return a set of the bags. I ordered a set for my husband and myself for a trip to Europe. The very next day, my friends surprised me with a set for my birthday. I didn't need 2 sets so I immediately contacted Luhxe to cancel my order. 2 weeks later, I received my order despite my cancellation. Contacting Luhxe for return info took almost a month before I received a reply and now I am responsible for the return shipping fees to China! I also had difficulty in fitting enough clothes for a 5 day trip after hanging 4 or 5 garments in the garment bag. Not as easy to use as I was led to believe. Less expensive versions would have sufficed and been easier to return if needed.
Absolute garbage product. Zipper didn’t even connect. “Leather” was cheap and plasticy. Zipper finish was gaudy. Nothing about this bag was worth the money. Add to that having to pay $110 to return the bags to CHINA and get charged a 20% “restocking” fee, and this company are straight up robbers. Run far away!
The express shipping was 5-7 business days its now been over 30 days and my trip was almost 2 week ago now. The tracking # that was given to me even though I translated the page is still unknown. When I messaged support I asked them to cancel it 2 weeks post ordering they said they couldn't. I was given a tracking # 3 weeks post ordering that doesn't work from their tracking website. Im really hoping I wasn't scammed if so thats 387$ worth.
I'm 72 and have been traveling to see family for decades. Always got hit with surprise fees at the gate. This Luhxe bag is genius! Flew American, United, and Southwest overt the past 3 months - not one baggage fee. Saved over $400 so far this year. The airlines hate these bags because they can't nickel and dime us anymore. Love it!
Saved $150 on my trip to visit grandkids in Phoenix. Took me a few tries to pack it efficiently but once I figured out the system, wow! Fit 6 days of clothes, gifts for the kids, and my CPAP machine. Only complaints is the zippers can be finicky when fully packed. But hey, $150 stays in my pocket instead of Delta's.
The bags I ordered are wonderful! I love the fact I’m able to pack my clothes on hangers instead of needing a garment bag. This bag is definitely large enough for ten days of clothing and the shoe bags are great! I’ve owned many different suitcases over the years and this is the best bag I’ve ever owned! I also purchased the wheels to make it easier for me!
