Review Time
Ordered it 2 weeks ago, promised 'Express' delivery via 48hr Royal Mail. Still no sign of it, not even been scanned by Royal Mail. They come from China definitely. Customer services have emailed me with lies and yet more lies and refuse a refund.
I'm hoping the product lives up to it's reviews because their customer service is appalling. I've emailed 3 or 4 times now with a query following my order and not a single reply. So far, not impressed and regretting using the company.*update 14.11.25* the head torches arrived without cases. I've not tried to email them on a different address and still no response. They say 30 day money back guarantee, but you can't contact them.Wish I hadn't have fallen for the social media advertising and this experience has put me off buying anything else advertised on social media.Delivery takes 2 weeks because they come from China.
Love my new Luxelight headlights.They charge "really" quickly, are very streamline so they sit snuggly around the head. I wore mine "over" my baseball cap and you barely felt or saw any extra bulk. I wore mine last night walking the dog, & instead of one narrow beam the light seemed to spread evenly infront of us. Lastly we also got our large english cream retriever, Milky the Luxelight dog collar in orange- she loved it!! & we could see her running around the commons & in & out of all the deep bracken. Love the product ❣️
Great bit of tech, when building flatpac Ikea furniture in tight spaces fantastic, when doing fiddly jobs on bikes fantastic also great for walking dog just have to train him to use sensor tehee!!Keep going with new (pardon the pun) bright ideasGordon
