UPDATE order arrived on7 November. Items as described. Hadn't realised they were dispatched from China! Would have been helpful if this had been made clear at the time of ordering. Avoid! Order placed on 26 October. Items not delivered. Have emailed twice but no reply. Third email sent to request a refund but no response. No telephone number or company address to contact them. Can only assume it is a SCAM
Product great. Poor delivery with no transparency on the fact that the product is coming direct from China. Surely you should buy in bulk and have stock in the UK. This is not an environmentally caring way to ship. I will not be recommending you due to this
