Paid a little extra for a flashing dog…

Paid a little extra for a flashing dog collar as many cheap offerings are available, but I thought I’d invest in better quality as this needs to work. Item failed almost immediately ( battery will not hold charge ) Customer service is quite appalling.Will not refund unless I can return with the generic delivery plastic bag it came in . They hide behind “ original packaging “ I call it “a plastic bag” which can be bought by the hundreds for pennies. Very long lead times - appears to have come from China , (so add misleading web address to the list )The company are trying to make me go away with a 25% refund if I don’t return it at all . I’d rather let everyone know instead Scam is the only apt description. Awful company who I recommend you avoid at all costs

Bought for dog walking but using for…

Bought for dog walking but using for the dark mornings and nights now. Bring out bins, dog out to the bathroom, kids use them for hide and go see in the dark 😂 great product

It's drop shipped learn from my mistake

Ok so yes it works but not as much as advertised save yourself some money it's just a rebranded drop ship item, go on Temu same thing for more than half the price. Also, tried cancelling the order it still got shipped and took ages to come from funnily enough China.

Placed an order for three lights

Placed an order for three lights. Received two in the post which are great but the third light was missing. I have emailed their customer service to request a refund or for the third light to be dispatched and as yet have had no response. Would not order again as a result if this.

Slower delivery....

My experience thus far is based on the fact that after almost two weeks I still don't have my order, despite the 48hr delivery indication at checkout.I ordered five lights on 15.11.2025 and was advised that delivery would be by Royal Mail tracked 48hr service. Unfortunately at no point did the website or order acknowledgement mention this would be after they are shipped from China. Between ordering and now, they have taken 8 days to get from China to the UK, but since the 23.11.2025, the lights have been sitting at the Royal Mail depot in North London. I have not received any further correspondence and at present have no idea when or if they will be delivered.This is a pretty poor customer experience.I will update this review once or if I receive the products but for now I cannot recommend this company. Would have been quicker and simpler to order from Amazon.

Good headlights, awful customer service

Despite my previous review, I had bought headlights from them in the past and they were going great so decided to give them another try.They messed up my order and customer service, perhaps a language barrier, just didn't understand...I had to batter them with photos and explanations when all they needed to do was send me what I had actually ordered.They mixed up tracking details internally which mean one order simply didn't get dispatched!The older headlights are good & going strong, hope the new ones are the same.

48 hour tracked took nearly two weeks…

48 hour tracked took nearly two weeks (ordered 26/10 delivered 7/11) and there was no tracking info available. Customer service responsive but didn’t do anything just said wait. Needed the head-torch quickly & had to buy an alternative when the head-torch didn’t turn up - Luxelight now charging me postage cost to return. Shame as it’s a good product.
