Product not arrived . Tracking parcel and it's constantly stuck at Heathrow. communication with the company poorUpdate the company has sent me an email explaining the customs hold up. It would have been good to explain this as a possibility when ordering. I was aware this was an overseas company but still think product stuck in Heathrow for the past 10 days is a little excessive. There's absolutely no point in telling u where u went wrong and how 2 improve things. U guys are a money grabbing company with your subscription charges which u have been repeatedly been told about but u keep taking the charges out of innocent people's bank account. Customers BE WARE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LUXPLUS. YOU WILL END UP PAYING WAY MORE IN THE LONG RUN WITH THE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES. You have been told
Made a purchase and they didn't make it clear that I was signing up for membership. Cancellation process is easy but I got stung for one month's membership that I didn't want. You can cancel within 14 days but that wasn't made clear when I ordered.
I made what I believed was a normal purchase with Luxplus and later discovered they had been taking £8.99 every month from my PayPal (Nov 2025–Jan 2026) for a “membership” I did not knowingly sign up for. I have never experienced anything like this with any other business in the UK or Europe.I cancelled the payments, opened a PayPal dispute, and raised a formal complaint with Luxplus. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is happening to many customers.If this has happened to you: cancel the subscription, dispute the charges, and file complaints with Citizens Advice, Trading Standards, the CMA, the ASA, and the European Consumer Centre.The more people report this, the faster regulators will act. Customers deserve better than this.
I can't believe how many people clearly don't pay attention to what they're buying. Unless Luxplus have recently changed their website, it is very very clear throughout the buying process that you can buy at a more expense price OR get it cheaper but signing up to a 2 week free trial, which, if not cancelled, will charge £8.99 a month until cancelled. People who said it was taken for a year clearly don't keep on top of their finances! I tried to cancel the free trial after my purchase, but it said you cannot cancel within 24 hours of signing up. I set myself a calendar reminder for the next day and cancelled it no problem. I did make the purchase on credit card for extra reassurance as it felt a little too good to be true, but the product arrived as promised. I'm very happy and can't believe how many numpties there are out there!
I’m surprised by all the negative reviews regarding unauthorised membership charges and believe this to be unfair on the company. It is very clear throughout the site that this is a membership service which gives you membership prices (or higher guest prices). It clearly states that you will be charged £8.99 per month until you cancel following the 14 day trial period. Email received in item purchased confirming 14 day trial and easy to log into account where it VERY clearly shows the cancellation button. I think people forget to cancel hence after the trial and are peeved to not get a membership refund (which isn’t the companies fault) I’ve had no issues with them and no problems understanding the terms and conditions.
Lucplus tried take money my account even I didn’t buy anything Once i order something here but when i get my parcel week later luxplus tried take 8.99 £ on my bank account even i didn’t buy anything Recommended no one buy anything because they gone save your account details so they will take money
