Unfortunately, I cannot give minus stars. I’ve been trying to figure out where £8.99 has been going from my account. Certainly didn’t enter into this knowingly. There has been no communication from the organisation to verify an alleged subscription. I rarely write negative reviews but if I can help others - BEWARE.
shame there is no zero stars review i purchased one cream an week later i learnt that i have subscription i have been charged ! after i contacted them with complained they said their process is "as transparent as possible"they are scammers tricking people and stealing their moneyavoid avoi avoid
Found MAC pro palettes here after a lengthy search online. Bought them at a discounted price by paying the membership prices. Was able to cancel my membership within the two weeks free trial without issues or extra charges. JUST READ THE INFO THEY GIVE YOU ON THE WEBSITE AND YOU WON’T HAVE ANY ISSUES!! Can’t believe all the negative reviews from people who simply didn’t read what they were clicking “yes” to. So daft... Parcel arrived, packaged very sensibly, bubble wrap used. Very pleased with my purchase and so happy to have found them at such a good price.
I recently purchased a creed aventus cologne. However after waiting for weeks I did not receive the parcel. I was then told by the company that the parcel is lost and they can issue a refund or a new parcel. Upon replying to them I have not received any response from their side. I have been scammed of £235. Never buy anything from them. Very irresponsible to their consumers. In the process of filing a legal notice right now.
I recently purchased the Nano Brow from Luxplus, thinking I was making the right decision, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. After carefully following the instructions, the product burnt my eyebrows. I’ve never had sensitive skin, I get my brows lifted every 6 weeks without issues, and I’m not allergic to any of the listed ingredients — so this was shocking and concerning.When I reached out to Luxplus for help, instead of taking my concerns seriously, they immediately went into defense mode. Their response was dismissive, essentially saying they don’t offer any form of satisfaction guarantee and implying the problem was mine, not theirs. At no point did they consider the possibility of a faulty batch or show genuine care about a customer’s health and safety.This experience has left me extremely disappointed. Customer service should be about more than reading off policies — it should be about helping customers when something goes wrong, especially when it concerns a product causing physical harm.If you value your health and safety, I strongly recommend paying a little extra and purchasing from a company that truly values its customers. I wish I had trusted my hesitation before ordering, because this experience has completely destroyed my trust in Luxplus.
I had one order from you and you have taken £8.99 from me with out my knowledge. I did not sign up for any membership with you. I am a pensioner and can’t afford the amount you have taken from my c/card £62.93 This is dreadful to treat people in this way.
Horrific company! Please protect your money and shop elsewhere. I brought some baby bottles whilst on mattering leave. I have dyselexia and adhd so struggle with processing a lot of information. I was then charged £8.99 for over 1.5 years even though I never logged in again. I did not realise as I struggle with organisation checking my bank ect.I explained to them I had no clue and I received a very generic blunt email that basically told me…tough. I can see this has happened to 100s of others so as a company you would hope they may review how they force the membership on people. They will sign you up for a membership and so have never shopped at any other company that does this. They must make millions from doing this to people and it is really unethical. To make matters worst after I was told my membership was cancelled I was then charged again this month! Please shot elsewhere. I never leave reviews but they are making a lot of money from people who may not information well through no thought of their own. They have no regard to the equality act or diversity! I suspect that most of these reviews are fraudulent and written by AI or paid staff. Good luck. XUpdate to the helpful reply…. if you go to LUX plus and search the product you want it simply says “buy” when you click buy the membership is automatically added to your basket. I have screen-recorded this for evidence. I did not realise you could click on the product and unselect the membership. This is purposeful tactics to confuse people with vulnerabilities.
