cancelled my membership after I saw that money was withdrawn monthly, and then the following month, money was still withdrawn. went to check my profile again and saw that my membership was still somehow active on my account even though i had cancelled it the month prior.
No stars. Automatically signed up for membership without knowing. Charged £8.99 for renewal with no warning and no email to inform of this. There is no email reminder for a payment of membership you have apparently agreed to. Very dishonest. Many bad reviews for exactly the same issue. Extremely misleading. This company will thrive due to misleading and dishonest behaviour. The fact they will not refund one day after payment is taken and membership cancelled is another sign of this unfortunately
WARNING ‼️ Robbing Bastards of a company take money for a membership that you are not even aware that you sign up for or don’t use even after it’s cancelled not refunded money after cancellation was processed customer service are very rude and need training. STAY CLEAR EDIT - My membership was cancelled on the 13th December and money taken on the 20th after cancellation I know how it works you rob customers clearly read the previous reviews disgusting way to run a company and customer service need training
1 item that cost me £9 has technically cost me £36.68! They catch you with FREE TRIAL then with no further notice for the subscription. I have trawled through my emails for confirmation, NOTHING...then only noticing in my bank account today the last 3 months have 'TAKEN' £8.99 for subscription, this is robbery. I have never used this company before, and will never again, normally would use 'All Beauty' their service is lawful and not a rip off. Then having to chat with a Robot just depicts the kind of company this is.... I do expect a full refund of £26.97 and will not accept a 'generic' AI reply that all dissatisfied people have received on this site. LUXPLUS, you seriously need to take on board all these reviews as they are significant to your underhanded cunning trading. Trading standards are being notified. Disgusting practice for a company to operate.
Customer care reached out to me after reading my review, and my complaint was dealt with in a sensitive and reasonable manner, and a refund was given for faulty product.It is a shame I had such a bad experience in October but at least this is now resolved for me so thank you Anna for doing so.
Company have hidden monthly 'membership' fee which is taken each month, following you making any purchase. The payment is taken without notification (initial or monthly) and they are are totally uninterested in refunding any funds taken!😭Avoid this company you think you are making a saving with the lower prices but (as others have said) you will be loosing a lot more! I would give zero stars if I could 👍🏼
