I had such a great experience with Luxy Hair! The hair extensions I originally ordered were out of stock, but their customer service went above and beyond to make it right. They quickly reached out, offered me a replacement, and even took the time to wish me a happy birthday. To make sure I got them in time, they shipped my order overnight, which I’m so grateful for. The extensions are beautiful, and the customer care was just as amazing. Highly recommend!

You lost a long time customer.

If I would give you guys zero stars I would. I have been a customer of Luxy for over 8 years and have spent thousands of dollars on extensions. The color I picked looks nothing like the sample once I opened it or the photo on the website and your company is refusing to let me do an exchange. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The color is horrendous and your team is refusing to accommodate me.
