Review Time
I spent hours searching for the best human hair extensions and just placed an order with Luxy Hair because they came in #1 above all!! I will post a review on the quality when it arrives within one week...but I have to say that their customer service specialist, Kerry, was so great and helpful and made my experience a very positive one!!! I'm always grateful for positive customer support these days!!
Purchased a U shaped 24” 100% human hair, with cuticle attached (Remy). The hair was very silky initially but shed A LOT more than average. The hair also would not hold any type of curl which makes me believe that it wasn’t 100% Human hair, but had either synthetic hair mixed in, or some very weird harsh treatment done. I’ve only purchased 100% human hair never synthetic, and I’ve never had this problem with the hair not curling AT ALL! Almost all hair extensions are initially very silky to start from it with, the better ones can withstand shampooing at least once a week or more, and even get more natural looking in time. The really BAD ones start tangling, shedding, and becoming corse usually starting at the tips. This is what I found with the Luxy product I purchased. That may have been a good company at one time but it’s been years since they’ve fallen and they continue to fall hard. Would not purchase from this company again. Customer service is severely lacking, color match is all over the place. Buyer beware! I do not recommend.
My hair came in today! Wow, that was fast! I love them so much. The hair feels finer much like my own hair. Whereas one of the complaints I have had with my unnamed permanent hair extensions is that the hair didn't match my texture. It's much coarser and over time as they age it becomes even more apparent. I'm so excited for these clips ins. Thank you again. I just had to share my excitement upon opening. The balayage color is a perfect match and gorgeous! My Luxy consultant was knowledgeable, very responsive and communicative and was spot on with her recommendation! I can already see that they even move like my own hair and not in a clump the way the unnamed permanent hair extensions do. I'm a big fan already!
This was my first time purchasing Luxys, and I was really impressed. They offer a full range of colors, so I ordered a few to find the perfect match. When I needed help whether about my order or colors, their customer service was top-notch.

I am truly impressed with the quality of the Customer service Luxy provides. I have to do some returns and they are so flexible and answer all my emails and instantly correct any little mishaps that happen I need my extension shipped by a certain day and they made it happen. They go above and beyond for their customers, which is where to find these days. The quality of their extension is unmatched. I have a previous set of extensions that I’ve had for over a year and they are still amazing condition. If you’re on the fence about the quality of the extensions don’t be. I’m a hair stylist and I work with many different brands of extensions. This is definitely top-tier. A lot of my coworkers also use it as well.
