I placed 2 orders, one on October 1, 2024, and a second one on October 2, 2024.They claim orders will be sent out in 1-7 business days. After several business days and no contact I wrote them. You can never get anyone to answer their phone, as I had made no less than 10 calls... all going to voice mail.They assured me via email that my product was going out on October 11, 2024.After no confirmations, I attempted to cancel 1 card payment, as the other 1 required written dispute which was too much work... I'll just suck it up.Throughout the month there was exchanges back and forth via email, but still no mailing of product. Out of nowhere, I got an email saying they were mailing my product. Yeah!I checked SHOP, and nope, they only made a label. Finally, today, I got someone to answer the phone...October 30, 2024...some 26+ business days later. Unfortunately, the receptionist said they had only printed a label, but some of the product was not at their location yet...whatever that means.She had no idea when the product would arrive, or when it would go out. Geez!I then informed her that I had disputed one of the charges, but was willing to pay for that one right now so I didn't lose my place in the cue. She said please hold. 5 minutes into holding I got emails saying my money was returned for both orders. When she came back on, she said that Majick could no longer do business with me because me disputing the charges makes their company look bad!?EXCUSE ME?IT'S NOT the lack of communication, the empty promises of speedy delivery, the availability of listed products, or even the deception of printing labels for products you have no intention of shipping...it's me trying to recoup a portion of my money, in which I was willing to pay for with a different card if they were indeed going to ship it....which they weren't!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!
I made an order for a few books back in March 2024. I reached out in April to ask why it hadn't been shipped yet. Mariah in customer service told me that they were waiting for the supplier (Troy Books) in England to ship, yet provided no timeline.As an experiment, I ordered directly from Troy Books over the summer and received books from them WITHIN A WEEK. Obviously, they were not the problem.It's now nearly November. Magick will not respond to my emails. I had to order a dispute case with my credit card company. Please avoid these people at ALL COSTS.
I placed an order on September 30. After a couple of weeks, I sent email inquiring about the status of my order. Diane in customer service told me that my order would be coming this week. They didn't expect the item I bought to sell as it did and they sold out in their main warehouse. Restock will arrive beginning of next week.I have emailed them twice more this month to get an update. Every reply has been from "Diane" saying sorry, that my order will ship this coming week. This week I emailed them again and they replied that I could cancel and request a refund for the item or they'd ship the in-stock item while I waited for the other item. I requested the refund. I immediately got an email saying they’d canceled my order and had issued a refund. I have not seen it yet.*Obviously, this is a company to avoid. I wish I had read the reviews here before placing an order. *UPDATE: I did receive my refund to my credit card, minus a couple of dollars, a few days later. I have no idea why the deduction but glad that I got my money back. This doesn't change my review. I still would avoid this company.
Truly awful customer service. Sucked in by 30% off, I ordered an item after which I was deluged with constant email promotions but no notice that the product had shipped. I finally emailed, got a snide comment back and then I phoned to cancel the order. They canceled it but didn't refund the amount. I had to get my credit card company to go after them for the refund. Avoid at all cost.
I would offer no stars if possible. I ordered three items back in April. After several weeks of emailing back and forth with their customer service, I received a 3% refund and a promise that I'd receive my decks as soon as possible. They are always claiming that shipping is delayed because of their 30% sale. This is their constant excuse and always their form letter response every time you email them. Finally, in July, I received 2 of the three decks. When I reach out again to inquire about the third deck I received their form letter response and no follow up. I have been trying to resolve this matter since July with zero response from the company. I wish I had looked up their reviews before I let them steal $30 and 5 months of being lied to. Avoid them at all costs.
This company is the worst. I ordered my items in May, and I still have not received my order and it’s September. I’ve called several times no one would pick up. I contacted my bank they are doing an investigation want my mo way back. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase from them. A total disaster
I made an order in September 2024 for some tarot decks. At first they were communicating and said the order would be delayed. After 3 weeks I asked for an update and they said the order was delayed in the warehouse. I asked for a refund and they never responded. I did do a charge back and received my money back however I will never order from them again.
