Scam Company

I placed an order Jan 2025 and haven’t received my order. It is now May 2025 and still no merchandise or refund. They refuse to answer emails sent requesting a refund. There is no phone number to call to speak with a person. I will be reporting this company to BBA.

Scam site

I placed an order and they received my payment. I never received my order. I contacted them 3 times by email and phone conversation. When I went back to the website to see if they had shipped it but not only had my order disappeared by my account and past order history was gone. They kept my money.

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. They only sent me a couple of items from my order I placed back in January. The packing slip had little scribbles on it marking the items they did not ship. No refund, no other form of communication noting what the scribbles were. I’ve been trying to contact them for the last 5 months and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. They will steal your money. Please learn from my experience and save yourself - do not place an order with this company.

This place is a scam

This place is a scam! Immediately took my money and said my order was processing well after two emails and 6 months it's still "processing". This website is a complete scam! Shame on them.

I placed my order that totaled over $170 on January 8. A week went by and I didn’t hear anything so I reached out asking for shipping. Days later they got back to me to tell me that due to the California wild fires they were delayed but that my order would be shipped that Monday. Of course, I felt awful and was understanding of the cause of the delay. The next Monday came and went and I still heard nothing. So I reached back out again and was told agin that my order would ship the next Monday and I did receive shipping notice that the package was in the mail (not just that it was being prepared as it had since the day after I placed the order). When I received the shipment, which was nearly a week later, it was only 3 of the 7 items I purchased. I asked them where the remaining items were and why I wasn’t informed I would only receive a portion of the order. It takes days for them to respond and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get one at all. When they did respond they ignored my requests for a refund of the remaining items and just kept saying the order was scheduled to ship from the warehouse. So far, I have asked 5 times for a refund and they still haven’t refunded me or shipped the items. Now they just stopped responding at all. I had to report them to my credit card company. At the date of this message it’s February 13. They are awful. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and buy your goods from an actual retailer you can trust that you’ll get what you paid for. It’s not this company. They are shameful.

One Month - not shipped and no email response.

Ordered Jan 6 with confirmation email stating 1-7 business days for shipping. Credit card was charged. Emailed 1/24 with auto reply saying they would return my email in 24-72 hours. Still no response on February 4th.

avoid this company

Ordered some books and other small items during a promoted sale in September with shipping listed as 5-7 days. Contacted customer service in October, November, and December, each time with a representative assuring me they were waiting on one thing and it was about to ship. Finally asked that they ship what they have and refund the rest, after which they marked the entire order "cancelled" but have not yet refunded the money I spent there 5 months ago. Scam company, definitely not a magickal experience.

I order from them Jan. 6 never received a confirmation email but the money was withdrawn from my account. No correspondence since then. I emailed customer service 2 weeks ago still no reply. I just want my stuff or my money back. Seems like I’m not the only one.
