Save yourself a HUGE headache

Do not recommend ordering from them unless you want a giant headache. I ordered Nov 30 and understood it's a busy time of year. But two weeks went by with the order sitting as 'Processing' and no updates. Despite emailing and calling, only for the calls to immediate hang up after saying the call couldn't be transferred, I didn't hear back. I tried disputing the charge with my bank which would've worked but... They finally email me back Dec 17(!!!) with them saying they're waiting for a deck, would I like to wait or cancel it and get a refund? I already ordered the same products on Amazon and got it in 3 days. I said cancel, mind you responding to the email 1 HOUR later. They shipped it anyways Dec 26, almost a week later, and now my dispute is voided and I'm being charged. Response time is awful. Communication sucks. So disorganized and extremely frustrating. Going to try to get a refund but save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

They got one star cause I have no choice. This company is horrible. Don’t order from them. I ordered December 31 and just got it today. They lie and tell you it’s gonna be sent next week and it never gets sent and finally it does get sent it isn’t worth it. I would pay five dollars more $10 more somewhere else not with this company they’re horrible

Is there a way to give negative stars

They take your money, never ship, never send you confirmation. I about fell over when I finally got someone on the phone, and they stalled for 20 mins then said, "oh it just shipped so I can't cancel" but couldn't give me a tracking number. They'll "email it". Never came. Such a pack of lies. Karmically these people are fixing to fall into a sink hole, or worse.

SCAM & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered 12/21/24 and now it is 03/18/25 and my order is still not completed. This company is scam with horrible customer service! They do not answer the phone number or return calls. They have replied to a couple emails with excuses. It is the worst company I have encountered. I think they do not have the products, offer a discount to get large amounts of orders coming in and then they order the items wholesale from a foreign company to maybe ship when they get the products in. That is why it takes so long. I ended up ordering a similar item from Canada and got it in 4 days.

Didn’t receive my order for a month and a half.

I ordered from Magick.com and my order sat for 3 weeks untouched, still processing. I finally reached out to someone and they told me it would be sent out right away. They created the postage and surprise surprise multiple weeks later it still hadn't shipped. I reached out again and it wasn’t until I threatened with reporting them that they actually sent it. When it arrived they had refunded me for 3 of the things I had ordered that were apparently no longer in stock.. hm I wonder why. DO NOT order from this company.

Took a month to ship the wrong items

Sold out of the cauldron I wanted, didn't tell me until I emailed them. Settled for a plain one and they said they will ship out the next day. Well they lied, emailed them again to cancel the whole order and they didn't respond. They shipped it out a full month later, email them countless times and when they finally contacted me they had an attitude.They also gave me the WRONG freaking book! Trash ass shop and seriously hope no one buy from them.

Placed order Dec 1

Placed order Dec 1, Dec 18th still not shipped. When order made site did not say there would be delay. They at first would respond to emails and can't call. I asked repeatedly for them to cancel. They were going to mail items that do not qualify as media mail that way. I paid through afterpay. I opened a dispute, they refuse to respond to the dispute and refuse to refund because one was open. Horrible customer service.

Not worth the hassle

I wish I’d seen this before ordering from them. I ordered Christmas presents on December 1. A couple weeks later it still hadn’t shipped, so I emailed them and they did reply, saying they were backed up and would ship soon. They still didn’t. I emailed them 4 or 5 times and it looks like it’s finally been shipped. It’s been sitting in Hawthorne, CA for a month and it’s now in Los Angeles. I’m in Florida. Today is January 3. I have a feeling they wouldn’t have shipped it at all if I wasn’t nagging like crazy. And I haven’t received it yet, so who knows if I’ll get all the items?

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! I ordered some candles in April of 2024 and as of November I have not received them. I’ve contacted their support and they claimed that due to demand they were delayed. The fourth time I contacted them I requested a refund. No surprise, it’s been 4 weeks and no refund. Karma, please work a little magic with Magick.com!

COMMUNICATE with the people you hope to do business with! You just lost me, my business, and everyone I know as customers. I placed an order, received confirmation email 10/19/2024. Payment was removed from my account on 10/24/2024. I called 10/30/2024 requesting a order status update. They said they would know more 11/7/2024 or 11/8/2024. I called again 11/14/2024. Nikki, who was sweet and professional, informed me that they updated their system on 10/31/2024 and that I had two options... 1) I could continue to wait and it would take an additional 4 to 6 weeks or 2) I could cancel my order today, pay again today, and wait and additional 1 to 5 business days. I just cancelled my order entirely. It will take 5 to 7 business days for the money to be returned to my account. Why give them a third chance to screw me over because I have done this same thing with them about a year ago and thought I would give them another shot. Boy was I wrong. Don't do it. Pay the extra to go somewhere else.
