I contacted make my blinds as we had a small issue. One of the blinds the slats wouldn't tilt.I spoke to Paul who was very helpful he sent some instructions which helped my husband to resolve the issue. Which took minutes. Thank you Paul. Love my blinds they look great. Thanks Jacky
Its really not clear from their factory that the no drill blind does not come to the measurement you order and needs to be tweaked to fit!! Could easily make that clearer. Very slow, quite ineffective responses from MMB apologising a lot but not really dealing with anything.Also the chain is useless, breaking when winding because its too stiff and badly designed! The company advise to loosen the head rail mechanism holding the blind in place to make the chain less stiff, but in doing so the whole blind comes down. A bit rubbish TBH.
Hi ordered a livingroom blind for my mum which when fitted we noticed a fault..got intouch wirh customer service.New blind on the way.🙂Thanks to katie for all your help in resolving the issue with great customer service.love the blinds you supply.will definately use your company again.😀
Absolutely amazing customer service - I was on the phone to Paul who stayed on the phone with me for an hour, looking at photos I sent of my window situation trying to work the best way to go around it. He helped me choose the best way to measure and once I ordered them, contacted the factory for me instantly to ensure they’d make longer chains for my blinds !Big thank you Paul- you saved me a lot of stress !!!
I ordered some slatted blinds on line and the next morning realised i had over ordered the quantity so was panicking, i made a phone call to them and Paul answered and put me at ease straight away ,he dealt with the issue and I am now waiting for the order to be manufactured
Don’t order from this company!!!! We ordered our blinds from here, for all 7 of our windows, and they are horrific. On the website it states they are a wood, mid brown, they have arrived and they are ORANGE!!! I got in touch with customer service only to be told we should’ve ordered a sample before hand. They will not accept a refund or exchange. So we are now £660 out of pocket, with blinds that are disgusting!!! I would avoid this company. They have done nothing to help us resolve this problem, insinuating it’s our own fault. I’m disgusted with the blinds and customer service.
