Same problem as everyone else on here between mangopay and vinted together they will hold your money for a verification process that doesn't work.. If you TRY in anyway possible to ask for help it's an automated response and they both pass the buck.. A gd way of holding YOUR money for longer because I may be a money launderer after 1000 pounds of sales in 3 months.. OK.. Or do you just give up and they keep your money because you are so frustrated you delete your account.. No human process anywhere at any time with either site
Vinted funds frozen via mangopay Cannot spend or withdraw my £30 first sale Yet I can still purchase with Google pay so it's false news claiming frozen due to fraud or political status else it wouldn't let the account influence sellers Luckily it sounds I've only lost £30 from the sale but I will not be using my account also you cannot close your account whilst frozen else assets are lost 😉

Tried to withdraw money from my Vinted account but mango pay has blocked it sent driving licence but still blocked. Been in touch with Vinted customer service services but no help at all this is my money so how do I get it definitely won’t use Vinted again
Thank god I am not the only one. Nearly £5,000 tied up with this scam company. I have provided the correct details countless times and it still hasn’t been ‘approved’. I have rent due and it’s been several months now that I’ve been waiting. They surely can’t hide behind ‘KYC checks’ excuse forever?? Going to have to see if this can be taken further as only ever getting auto responses from them.
Trying to withdraw my balance from Mangopay for selling items i no longer need on VINTED is impossible , been sent a politically exposed person form (pep) , being made to feel like a criminal, excuses as to why they cant let me withdraw my earnings, much the same as all the other reviews on here, has anyone approached the BBC programme RIP OFF BRITAIN or the like as this company is making lots of money by denying us our earnings and we need someone on our side , no doubt this review will get the usual bot response from this company
Same experience as others on this forum!! Unable to withdraw funds from Vinted account. Asked to complete PEP form and nothing happens! Subsequently asked to complete ID form which shows success!! Again nothing happens and Vinted just tell me to be patient!! Been going on since early January and we’re talking £53 here! Totally unacceptable and Mango Pay just don’t care. Honestly, it’s more like dealing with a Govt Dept. than a commercial organisation!! Have now contacted my MP since this seems widespread and needs to be sorted by Vinted management due to the detrimental effect it’s having on their reputation!
Seems to be scam - I got mail from Mangopay, which claims that I have to renew my Peerby account. For reasons to prevent costs to re-activate this account. Strange: with this/ my account nothing refers to a closing or any claims for re-installing-costs!!
