I purchased 5 gold coins from MCM on Ebay they accepted and processed my order and charged my card. The next day I found that they had unilaterally cancelled my order and refunded me. The problem was I wanted them to honor the order. When I contacted them they said the order was cancelled due to an "internal error" and said that the item was "out of stock." However, the same item was for sale the next day however the price had gone up $53/coin for a total increase on the order of $265. When I said they needed to honor the price at which they sold the coins to me, they told me they have the right to cancel any order. I told them that any retail store that advertised and sold something to you under that advertised price would have to sell it at that price. They said not us.I asked to talk to a Manager and talked with Melissa who initially said that she would give me $10 off the new order (and increase of $265). I said no and that they needed to honor the price. I then asked to talk to her manager and she would not let forward me. She did promise to talk with them and call me back the next day at 2PM. 2PM came and went so I called her and she gave me a half hearted sorry about missing the scheduled call back and then offered me a whopping $25 off the increased price (again a $265 increase). I told he that wasn't going to cut it and was going to let her know that I was going to let everyone know this company has no ethics.I warn you not to purchase from this company, they are slimy at best and certainly unethical in their business practices. I sooooo wish I could give MCM a 0, first off I ordered a bag and wallet the bag that came has the wrong strap attached to it. It’s been over 3 weeks of me going back and forth an all I get is we’re lookin in our warehouse for your correct strap. No one call or emails me, I HATE that I purchased anything from them with the prices they charge the least they can do is give me what I paid for
If I could give this a 0 I would. My husband ordered me a bag well the wallet that comes in it melted in my house- like WTH! I contacted customer service, Brittany who is so careless and blames me for having something “stick to it,” like it melted itself due to poor quality
I went to the MCM store in Conduit London. I had to most amazing service from Valeria. She made sure I was fit with the right bag. This store knocked it out of the park. They made the experience very personable. I will be back the next time I am in London.Thank you Valeria!
Please help i make an order a bag costs 1310 euro and they said that they have send to me and they give a tracking number that saws that it steel haven’t left from them it they insist that they have send it i lost my money help i afraid
