i was in search of a particular MCM …

i was in search of a particular MCM stark back pack in Scooter Red, to match the Voyager that I had just purchased from Nordstrom Rack for my sons upcoming birthday. In June, I purchased the small bag in the Scooter Red color at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. My son decided it was too small and wanted to exchange it for a medium. We hadn't found one that he really liked so it's been sitting with tags in its duster for this long. I wasn't aware that this particular color came in different style of bags. I was on the hunt, wondering if it was made in the medium. Called all of the major department stores who carry the line & asked for help. Everyone I spoke to either, didn't want to help, put me on hold & never returned, or simply had no idea what I was talking about, or worse yet...didn't know what MCM was...Really? You work in handbags & you haven't a clue that you carry MCM in your store? WOW!Found a couple on-line, eBay, poshmark, etc. but was wayyyy too nervous about fakes and getting ripped off. I was close to giving up. Thankfully, I googled and came across MCM Lenox Square in Atlanta, GA. A lovely voice answered, his name was Zach. He was so pleasant to talk to, I had a slew of questions and he answered ALL of them. He confirmed that the Stark, Scooter Red was made in the Medium. I told him about my recent find of the Voyager & how I wanted to surprise my son for his bday with a matching set, finally putting an end as to what to do with the small bag we have sitting at home. He then made me aware that LA is getting its very own MCM store, soon to open. During our conversation, he hadn't seen the Voyager in Scooter Red. I became nervous thinking it might be a fake. He wasn't sure what Nordstrom had bought for their anniversary sale but said what ever comes from their is authentic. I don't know...I've seen some real shadiness living in LA and have been in retail myself. He asked if I was willing to email pictures of the Voyager for a thorough investigation. Zach called me back, to not only authenticate my purchase, but was able to educate me on how to tell a fake (since I asked & was clueless). As a bonus, Zach located the Medium bag at the outlet in Orlando, FL (they had 1) and gave me the info. Zach's knowledge, reassurance and the bonus of locating the other bag made my day! Note**Unfortunately, the Orlando store phone number kept going to voicemail stating they were closed. This happened for 2 days (all of Friday 11/3 and Saturday 11/4), finally the last phone call made on Sunday...they answered, only to find out they had sold it the night before. Super disappointing :((I expressed to him my gratitude! I asked who/where to write my review or whom to speak with about his impressive service? His response... "oh you don't have to do that ma'am. This is my job and I am happy to help!" Are you kidding?? I would've never received this type of service from anyone in LA. Me..."You deserve a Christmas Bonus, a raise, or a promotion...heck ALL of the above!!" Zach Spalding was very modest and bashful about my request. He is through and through one of a kind and truly loves what he does. He is a keeper MCM, don't ever lose him!!`Ayse from LA

My Aunt bought me a Mcm drawstring bag from Mcm in Las Vegas. She spent $1095.00. I've hardly used the bag & the cord to close the bag got frayed and looks very worn. I contacted them by email & Victoria from MCM told me to contact the "Leather Surgeons". After over a month they got my cord. They sent me a pre paid shipping label for me to send my handbag to them to get fixed. MCM is an outstanding Company. You get what you pay for in this life
