I'm glad I came to read these reviews. People beware!!! This is a tiny company that it probably struggling to stay alive. They have 1 manager available. As in, if that person is gone for the day, no one can help you, so I was told. I've placed two orders with them only to find out the following day that my order was canceled due to lack of inventory. When I called customer service no one was able to explain to me what was exactly going on. I checked a month later to see if I could order again and there were the items still. Available! Just like last time. I asked to speak to a manager and that's when they told me that there is only one manager and was not available for the day. They told me to call the following day and i did and they told me the same thing, to call the following day. At this point, I do not trust this company and I know the customer service is terrible. It's probably 3 to 4 people working from a garage honestly.
The belt that I wanted happens to be reversible. I've NEVER reversed it I like the normal way. The buckle unclips from my belt atleast 10 times everytime I wear it. I never wear it for longer then an hour. If you're going to act like a designer brand and charge like one, make it right🤣 I shouldn't have to say this
I purchased the Aren shopper MCM bag for my wife from the MCM online store in February 2023. The interior zipper pocket ripped within the first few months of use. Upon contacting MCM I was told it could not be returned. MCM emails to customer service required me to provide proof of purchase, photos of the damage and authenticating the merchandise before they would do anything. After providing the information, I was told that a repair shop would reach out to me. Again I had to provide photos of the damage or torn inside pocket, proof of purchase and authentication. Heck, did I not just do all this ??? Finally I received and email back saying that it could be repaired. I sent the bag in and have been waiting for its return? I will never purchase another MCM product!
I’m so disappointedI ordered the MCM crocs as anyone knows they are a bit pricey! I was so excited to get them. Only to open them and the gold had scuffs they’re new, it seems to me that they weren’t buff good. That’s not all its glue showing in different places all over the shoe. I contacted the company MCM worldwide, they had a supervisor to call me back. Talking to the supervisor and explaining everything to him, and oh plus I have photos and was willing to send them to him. I was told he could only offer a very small refund. I wasn’t satisfied with that for as much as I paid for crocs. I was hesitant to return them as my size could be sold out, or the next pair could be worst, also I be read horrible stories about returns. After going round and round I was told I can return or get a very small refund! Now here the kicker, if I except the refund, it will be a as is sale. No warranty! Now why would I take the very small refund to have no warranty!!!! Please read reviews before putting your hard earned money out!!!! So disappointed!!!!
I purchased a pair of MCM Crocs in June the same day they dropped. About 34 days after my purchase, the $390.00 shoe broke. The strap separated from the Croc. MCM refused to fix it or even replace the shoes. The shoes still look brand new. I have been waiting for 2.5 weeks for someone to return my call. Please don't purchase the MCM Crocs.

I purchased an item for a friend of mine that was on sale for Father’s Day a pair of slides they are originally 210.00 they were on sale I got them for 156.90 to make a long story short he went to the store in the Galleria Houston Tx to exchange for a bigger size a older lady told him those were bought on sale and she can’t return them after telling the lady he don’t want to return them he need a bigger size, she said she couldn’t exchange he didn’t have the receipt so he let me know he couldn’t exchange the slides so I called the store and spoke to a sales Rep by the name of Joseph I gave him the order # he said he would look into it and give me a call back. after a hour or so he did call me back to let me know since the slides was on sale he would have to return the slides and sale me the size I need a regular price. I explained to the gentleman that that doesn’t make any sense to me it’s within the 30 days I just need to exchange for a larger size I was told that’s the way they have to do it due to the slides are no Longer on sale. The math just isn’t mathing. I contacted the customer service department I was told I have to mail the slides back purchase the slides again at regular price once I get a shipping # give customer service a call and ask them to honor the price at which I paid the first time. Are you kidding me who has time for that. I feel they tell you that foolishness because they know people do not have time to go through that rigmarole. So I have to pay 71.00 dollars to get the size he need. This place is a joke never ever again will I purchase anything else from MCM nor will I purchase any of there merchandise from any vendor.
I bought the bag as I thought all customs, duties and taxes were already included. The website showed AUD. Now I have to deal with customs headache as Fedex said there is no invoice included in the parcel. I contacted MCM so many times trying to solve this. First MCM said to include the Order Confirmation email, but Fedex still held my bag at custom. I contacted MCM again asking if they could something from their end. NOTHING! Customer service from a so called BOUTIQUE company is total rubbish! They did not even offer any assistance at all. All they kept telling me to do is to talk to Fedex, although I told them I've been speaking with Fedex so many times, either by emails, phone and messages! This is the first time I bought something from this rubbish shop and will be my last one ever!
This is absolutely the worse debt collecting agency. Learn to just not answer you phone if you set up a payment plan. Long story short I set up a payment plan through them with another credit card to build credit. The initial payment went through no problem. But, then what they will do it harass you every two weeks saying your next payments never go through and there is a problem with your bank. I wait for this call because I have this written in my calendar and know when each payment should come out. Sure enough it never fails same story each time. Then, I put my card number in and wouldn't you know it, it works. Who knew? I get a confirmation number and everything and they can't seem to understand it. I have told them the last time to please stop calling I will just go online and make the payment when it it due. I was told my account would be noted and they said ok and spoke to a girl named Rachel. Then, a week later I get a call from Rey who says I have balance and need to pay when I don't even own money yet. These people are unprofessional and cause stress and anxiety to people trying to do the right thing and yet they could care less. This is exactly why I did not give them access to my checking or savings because I've read horror stories about that too. Taking money when they should not or when the account has been paid thru keep taking money. If the harassment keeps up a d payments are made I am consulting a lawyer. This is ridiculous.
I purchased the heritage bandana @ $250.00; however, as a long time customer, from the days of Germany and yes I have some serious "product," I would not buy another item from their online store, as the item was damaged, not to mention that Fedex, tried to scoop my pkg., when they pick it up (KOP to Jersey,) claiming that they were @ my home which was not true (see logistics chart.) I had to spend a very copious amount of time back tracking a lie, as told by the driver, only the have MCM (KOP,) not be very cooperative, as I even had a complaint # for her (director to file via ecommerce.) Well, since i had foiled the chance for my item to go missing, Fedex, delivered my bandana the next day, only for it to "pulls" in it and my pkg., was badly tampered with, as this very clearly show that a "lick" was in place for me, I called CSR, but received nothing other than more run-arounds, as they would not deal w/taking something off of a their item, as received in a flawed condition, as MCM, does not have their shipping on "lock-down," which is so triffling, as go way back to the early 80's, but not any more!
