Staff communication is below standard and the call centre staff have no idea about how to communicate with customers - yes customers who are spending big amount to purchase this so called designer brand MCM. Can someone please tell me how to get to the complaints team of this so called brand MCM. I have been banging my head with their staff via an email and they have no clue about anything. They only know how to say it's against company's policy and when you ask for a copy of the policy, they say - sorry they can't share LOL. If anyone from MCM is reading this review then contact me. I'll send some stupid emails drafted by your staff to show how efficient they are - NOT.
I’m should have read that he reviews before making a purchase the lady brenae was highly rude how can i not return an item for the right size. Saks sells their product and has better customer service i knew i should have ordered with saks. Now i have the wrong size shoes and get get the right ones with out sending them back then buying them pack and then i won’t b able to use my coupon i hate this store i will never order from them again ever
The website was absolutely horrible. It offered a ten perfect coupon but trying to figure out how to input it was a confusing process in itself. Once I finally figured it out and went to order, it redirected me to my bank who said that the merchant wanted to verify the transaction so my bank sent them the ok. I call customer service to see if they can just place the order for me because it has taken up a great deal of time already and now the coupon code won’t work online because it says I already used it for the blocked transaction. The first rep was not meant to be in customer service and was impolite. The second rep was very polite but could not put in the coupon code and said that they could rebate me the ten percent. How are these systems so antiquated? To avoid having to request a rebate I tried the process again with a different email of mine and it blocks the card again.At this point I just gave up. In my opinion this is not a high end company. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a retailer and paying a premium for anything here would be bizarre. It’s a shame because I never heard of the company until my girlfriend asked for a bag and I explained the situation to her and neither of us will be purchasing their products moving forward.
I was searching the Mcm website looking for the large Liz tote and ended up phoning this store in Toronto. I spoke with Dante who said they had this bag in stock. Dante took my information, made sure it was the exact bag I wanted by sending me a picture and sent the bag off that day. I actually received the bag the next day! Dante followed up with me a month later just to make sure I was happy with the bag! I have to say I’ve never received such amazing customer service in my life! Thank you Dante!
My review is not for the website, but for the great customer service I recieved from a Sales Assocaite at the MCM Worldwide store in toronto. The sales associate is Dante. And wow so fantastic! It’s very rare to recieve good customer service now a days no one cares and no one’s wants to work. But that wasn’t the case here this associate went above and beyond for me I only needed 1 thing and I ended up buying 4 items for 4 different gifts. He was awsome and I will definatly be dealing with him again. You guys are very lucky to have an employee like this in this day and age.
STAY AWAY from this Brand! Terrible customer service I purchased the Fursten Belt Bag from MCM, at first, I liked the bag and found it functioning just as I expected. But one of the zippers started peeling off and faded after 7 months. I contacted customer service and sent all the required documentation .First email, they have told me that its “almost a year old" and im not able to obtain a full replacement, the zipper cannot be repaired but can be replaced at my cost.Second email, they apologised for using the phrase "almost a year" after I stated it was 6 months 21 days old.But after checking with the relevant department i found out it's apparently because of my “daily usage” and metal part being oxidised.After a few emails back and forth with zero progress, I have found out the defective zipper is actually a different material than the second zipper. On their product website, they stated "cobalt hardware" which is a hard wearing and anti oxidation metal. So I conduct a simple magnetic test, the cobalt zipper(unaffected) is attracted to the magnetic field and the other zipper (peeling and fading) does not. I tried to send them a video to show that they are different materials but they are not interested to see it at all and keep asking me to pay for their defective parts replacement.They have sold me a faulty and inconsistent product. First time purchasing from MCM and definitely will be the last time.Credit to your customer service team for this poor review and highly unsatisfactory outcome.
The worst MCM store, the employees are arrogant brats, I will never buy this brand again in my life because one bought sandals and a handbag at a cost of more than $1100 dollars and the sandals came out bad and they did not want to change the sandals, I did not like this brands treatment .
Not sure why the bad reviews I ordered an expensive pair of slides for my son which I thought I was crazy for doing read the reviews after I ordered which I should of done earlier I’m glad I didn’t read them I was very pleased how quickly they came and the quality so comfy he loves them!! Will definitely buy from them again A+++
If I could rate this with 0 stars I would I was gonna buy 2 belts for Christmas for Christmas gifts and they took my money for 2 belts 236$ each for 2 pink mcm belts I put my dispute in and waited a few months and got nothing back that they’re wasn’t enough for them to pay me back to my prepaid card never again I’ll order from this lame brand again they took my money without permission and got it taken out of the shoppin kart before I could even buy anything and I didn’t even receive a shipping number ridiculously embarrassing
For a company that sells $250 T Shirts it's embarrassing that your website doesn't work. I swear your CS representatives don't even read the Emails your loyal customers send regarding issues. Anytime I work with Gucci, Versace, Burberry Iliterally have no issues. Step your game up MCM, we pay a premium, I want premium service.
