Review Time
Purchased a Resnick Crossbody bag and I forgot to apply a discount code. Called them the first time and they told me that their system hasn't updated yet so that was understandable. Called them again about 20 mins later, they told me that the item was already shipped and that they could not cancelled the order nor can they apply the discount code(this was a lie). Fast forward one week later, I had recieved and then returned the item because I did not want it anymore. After 2 days of sending the item back, I only received a partial refund of my purchase. I called them and they told me that they apply the "discount" and that the item is now on final sale and cannot be returned. I told the customer service that they initially told me that they could not apply the discount for me and that there's nothing they could do. During all this time that they process the "discount", I was not notified whatsoever and was never contacted by their personnel. In the end, I had to have my bank dispute with them so that I could get the full refund back.
I ordered a birthday present for my husband on 4/29/19 and I figured I order it online since it was convenient even though I have one that I can go to 30 miles away. I paid for the 2 day shipping on Monday 4/29 and on the 2 day shipping which is 25.00, it said "order by 2 PM and get it on May. 1. When I checked my tracking, it said that it won't get here until may 2. When I called customer service to get my 25.00 back, they said they couldn't give it to me since may 2 was the 2 days. My point was, why do you have that saying on your 2 day shipping? If it didn't say that I was going to get it by May 1st, I would have driven to the store to get it. Then the customer rep said " did you not read the shipping policy ? It takes 24 hours to process the payment...then why in the world do you mislead information by saying it will be delivered by a certain date by paying extra money? If it takes 24 hours to process, don't say that if you place the order before 2 PM you'll get it on a certain date, because it makes no sense. The company needs to change the shipping policy or take the saying(order by 2pm and get it on this day) out or it's going to make a lot of people mad for not receiving the item on the date that they paid for.
I too would leave a MINUS star rating if I could.I have been repeatedly LIED to this morning on the phone "no Managers in" "The system is down cannot access your account" "We will give you a call back in 15 minutes" "I will personally email you". I am going to Chartered Trading Standards Institute with my claim so they can be SHUT DOWN.I was due a refund for £650.00 for a purchase made by myself on the 5th November 2018. I only received a refund for £65.00.Please can you refund me the rest of my money - Do you understand that this is fraud? At the time of refund I asked for an email to be sent to me with proof of my refund WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE. I don't know what type of unprofessional service you are running but it is clearly fraudulent and I will be leaving reviews urging other customers to NOT PURCHASE GOODS FROM YOUR WEBSITE.I am owed a refund and an explanation why you have not refunded my money in FULL and why I was not sent an email to confirm my refund.
If I could rate this website as a negative zero I would. I’m abosutely disappointed never purchase anything from these people. My bag was sent to me in which the UPS apparently states someone has to be home to sign for it. But I’m guessing no one has to life or a job with the hours that the UPS guy comes to deliver the packages to their customers. So of course I was unable to sign for it. Had 3 attempts and UPS stop delivering. Now here is where it gets really silly and absolutely dumb. So UPS has to keep the package for 5 days before I get my return . And oh here is where it gets dumber I can’t pick up my package from UPS but it clearly has my Information on the package and I clearly have a Driver License to identify myself . MCM claims it has to sit there for 5 days then they will ship it back and then I will get my money back. It’s day 10 now and I have yet to get my money back. So you know all complaints and aggravation will be going out today along with phone calls. I recommend never in life to order from these people. Your policies are stupid and make no sense and the customer care have a bad attitudes. Never again
The worse company ever! They hire individuals who lie and deceive customers. We bought a shoe from Beverly center. The sales agent by the name of Joshua Gonzalez advises us if it ends up hurting my sons foot we can simply return it within 30 days. We trusted in him and we did purchase the shoes however my son from the beginning stated it was not the most comfortable shoe. In about 2 weeks after he started to blisters on his foot we decided to return the shoes at the Ceasars forum shops and we were advised since it was worn it doesn’t matter they would not take it back and I advised them that the salesmen advised us as long as it is within the 30 days period we would not have any issues. He simply said sorry and provided me the corporate contact info. I attempted to call Mt. Gonzales to see why he would lie to us and he stated he never said that. I’m so sickened that you hire indiciduals that would lie to customers so that they can make a sale. Just keep in mind there is other brands out there such as Gucci and LV and I personally am done with this company and would suggest all friends and family to never purchase from such a fraudulent company. The company is only after money and has no moral.
I will never order anything from MCM again. I placed any order for the MCM and Pumas collaborations and they sent me the incorrect size. I e-mail them and they informed me I could not exchange the shoe due to policy but I can return and reorder the shoe I find that to be the most stupid thing I ever after they sent me the incorrect size. I spoke with a representative and they informed me to there knowledge a size 12 is an 47 in informed him I have order many pairs of designers and I know my boyfriend size he multiple designer. I also check the size chart before placing the order to make sure everything was correct. Now me trying to get my refund is like pulling teeth everything time I call they can never find my order has been received back to them.
I have been trying to refund my shoes which i have spent £300 on for around a month now, however had had still no reply, when using the return slip it did not work so i had to contact them for a return slip again, i have been calling and emailing everyday however they do not respond to my emails and are awful at speaking to customers, i would highly recommend not buying from here, if anything purchase from selfridges is your best bet.
Ordered an anniversary gift for my wife a month ago, MCM didn't deliver it and refuse to refund my money saying they need DHL to look into it.Customer service is beyond appalling, and they just try to stall you. Trying to portray themselves as a luxury brand, but failing miserably to live up to the standards of real, established luxury brands.I strongly advise against buying anything from this company.
I recently placed an order for a Christmas present and received the wrong handbag. After talking to 2 different people at MCM, they were not willing to compensate for their mistake. It was clearly their mistake. I would advise to not spend your hard earned money af a company who doesn’t not value their customers.
