DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I purchased a bracelet over 6 weeks ago, and it has not shipped. They continue to lie about the new shipping date and refuse to follow up with me about my order status. Now they claim it will ship in another month from now. BS.

Loved the Mejuri Outlet Experience

Interesting to see that the Mejuri store in Calgary always had customers while only salespeople were obvious in other jewelry stores. We had previously ordered on-line from Mejuri but really liked our experience at the Chinook Mall outlet. We were helped by Katie who was so knowledgeable, helpful and efficient at the shop and in subsequent communications regarding delivery and pick-up. We recommend the Mejuri outlet experience.

Awful customer service

Their customer service is super frustrating and misleading, actively lying instead of dealing with issues quicker.I ordered an item in the Black Friday sale. I checked on its whereabouts a week later and it still said “awaiting dispatch.” I messaged customer service and was given a tracking number for an item that wasn’t mine and was delivered to an address in San Francisco. I live in London. The UK London. Customer Service repeatedly said it was dispatched and they needed to contact the delivery company. My account always showed “awaiting dispatch” and that the item was out of stock. A month after initial ordering, they finally admitted they were unable to deliver this item any more. Frustrating company to deal with.

Easy to navigate website. Sale pricing was good over Christmas. Delivery was quick. Reached out to customer service regarding return of product if necessary as item was being given as a gift. Very quick reply answering my query. Daughter-in-law loved the silver ring.

I am very very disappointed with the customer service I have issues with my order they are claiming it has been shipped and delivered and I have not received my order at all and have had no contact with the courier and I contacted Mejuri number of times and they do not respond and my order was expensive I paid for solid gold jewellery and now my parcel is lost and Mejuri refuse to respond or sort the issue out or find my parcel or refund me.

Garbage quality and they don’t stand behind their products

I bought a necklace a few years ago that tarnished (polishing it did not work) and Mejuri said since it’s been over 2 years “to be fair to other customers, we won’t refund or exchange”. What a joke of a company.Their quality is literally garbage.Mejuri - before you respond to my review, consider I have been back and forth with your customer service and filed a warranty case, all of which provided no solutions. EDIT: Mejuri asked again for more information. And from this there have been ZERO responses.This company is an absolute scam!
