Review Time
***UPDATE***Mejuri did reach out after this review. A performative email which solved nothing, gave incorrect information, and ignored my reply. So they will get what they wanted. They will squeeze that extra money to use that gift card I was told would be refunded to my account. But this will be the last penny spent at Mejuri. You’ve lost a customer and a champion (not that you care).******I have been a customer of Mejuri for years and happily spent thousands of pounds with the brand on gold/diamond pieces. Last weekend I went to the London Kings Road branch to pick up my latest order. This order was bought online, partially using a £75 gift voucher and partially with my debit card.Once in the branch and after seeing the item, I didn’t quite like it, so I decided to return it on the spot. The consultant in charge did the operation and I received an email saying that the fund would be returned to me within a few days. I asked the Mejuri consultant how would the fund be returned as I was interested in buying another piece which I saw in the store while I was waiting. The consultant first said that the £75 would be immediately credited to my Mejuri account, which upon checking after a few minutes they couldn’t see there. They then read the return email I received, and told me that all the funds would be returned via bank transfer since my debit card was used for part of the purchase.I specifically asked them if they were sure because the new item I was buying was a lot more expensive and I wanted the £75 to be used towards it. They confirmed it would be the case, which led me to buy the new item.I had a strange gut feeling so I emailed the customer service shortly after this purchase who, surprise, told me that the £75 was refunded via gift card only. So essentially this item cost me a lot more than intended as I had to use £75 of my own money to cover it.I asked them to refund the £75 on my bank account since it was the information I was given and *specifically* asked for it prior purchasing my item, and since then, I have been ignored. This is utterly disappointing, the consultant at Kings Road clearly wanted to push their sale and Mejuri is taking no accountability whatsoever. The brand is just happy to have secured money through gift cards, no matter what. After years being a customer of the brand, I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this brand again.
Very disappointing recent experience with Mejuri which is still pending resolution. I ordered some items in the black Friday sale and apart from the order confirmation email, didn’t receive any further communication about shipping or delivery. I kept checking the order status on my account and it just said Awaiting Processing. I eventually reached out to customer services for an update after a couple of weeks and was told the order had already been delivered. They then retroactively sent a tracking number and ‘proof of delivery’ which seemed to show the parcel had not been delivered to my specific address but had been left in a communal area of the building which is not at all secure. Of course it was not there when I went to check. Very confused about why it wasn't communicated by either Mejuri or the delivery company that the order was out for delivery and why it was just left in a random lobby without even informing me it had been left there. Why would a package containing expensive jewelry not be sent as a signed for delivery?? Its now been 6 weeks since I raised this issue with Mejuri and have had barely had any response from customer service. The last communication was a month ago saying that I should wait for them to get in touch and not follow up as it will bump me down in the queue. Crickets since then. Still yet to find out if I'll actually receive my goods or my money back.
My item shipped and never arrived. Contacted customer support via email, they said would get back within 1-3 business days and never did. Then did ext support- same, never heard back. Three weeks after the day my order said it was out for delivery I still have zero information from this company. Absolutely avoid them- customer service is not sufficient to support sales volume.
Hello, I am writing as a loyal customer to share a terrible customer service experience. I purchased the Pearl half eternity ring on 11/19/22 for $200 (spent $350 total). It did not arrive until January 2023. I shopped at Mejuri Ossington Toronto on 11/22/24 and spent $600 CAD. I asked a store associate if the store would fix my pearl ring, which had a loose prong and missing pearl I’d been meaning to get fixed. The associate said even tho it was bought 11/19/22 they would replace it for me if I sent it in. I submitted a warranty claim online as instructed. Initially I was told in writing it would be covered, only to have the next email retracting that because the warranty “expired” on 11/19. This is terrible customer service considering I was ripped off of 2 months of my warranty because of the back order. Why would my warranty start before I even receive the ring and it is still in your store? And how unprofessional to be told by mejuri twice it would be covered (verbally and in writing) only to have you retract that. I will never shop at mejuri again. An honest store would understand this isn’t right to do to the customer.Orders: M230573092VUM1354230NS00043207
I used my birthday discount to purchase a silver bold chain necklace, as I had bought it in gold last year. I wouldn’t describe the chains as bold, but as beautifully delicate and versatile. I wear either the gold or the silver one almost every day, sometimes by itself and sometimes with a charm or pendant, and sometimes layered. I also purchased the medium huggie silver earrings which are shiny and just the right size and thickness.
