Sent a few orders back to mejuri, they have been stuck in Canadian customs for 2 months now, I am still being charged for the pieces that I returned. And so far Mejuri have not found a solution! Global E does not respond to emails at all, could only contact Mejuri through a live Chat, no email response too! I loved their jewellery, it’s stunning, but I will never be ordering from them again!
I have a credit on my account that I have been trying to use and I recently made a purchase and I was told to go through the checkout process and the credit would show up, well the credit didn’t show up I was charged full price and when I reached out to customer service seconds after the order was placed I was told, I’d have to wait for delivery then return the item then repurchase with the credit. I was buying a birthday gift for my daughter I could wait a months plus for back and forth transactions. So I had to pay for my items and I still have a credit I can’t figure out how to use.
Nice product. Much better experience then the hoops that I bought whet I ONLY GOT ONE HOOP OF EACH STYLE I BOUGHT. WHY MWRKET YOUR HOOPS TO LOOK LIKE YOU WILL GET A PAIR AND YOU ONLY SEND ONE HOOP? That is misleading. Good thing I gave you another chance. This experience was better but I am still VERY LEARY OF YOUR MARKETING.
