Review Time
I ordered a ring from Mejuri - I received an email saying that the product has been delivered by Fedex but it hasn’t arrived. There is no proof of delivery, just ‘confirmation’ from Fedex that it was delivered. Would be very wary about ordering from Mejuri if items keep going ‘missing’ in transit.
We bought a bracelet from Mejuri which broke once and was replaced. It then broke again and we were advised that we could get a refund this time. The bracelet was returned, but since then, Mejuri customer services refuse to answer our emails. We have no bracelet and no refund and we are very disappointed that Mejuri are receiving our emails and ignoring them. The recommendation to contact customer services that we see on so many negative reviews feels really hollow to us. Mejuri, you could and should do a lot better.Update 22/12 - Still no better despite providing more information. Mejuri now saying the item was returned scratched so they can't provide a refund. Shoddy practice at best!
Ordered a Christmas gift ten days ago and still don't have it despite what they call "expedited" shipping. Fedex has shows it as "on the truck out for delivery" daily since 12/12/24 only for it to not be delivered and taken back to their facility. Then it goes back on the truck for delivery, and by the end of the day it's back at the facility. The company doesn't have a live chat option and you can email them, but with so few characters involved you can't really explain what's going on. Had I known they use Fedex, I never would have ordered from them. And it now looks like I won't have the special gift I ordered with plenty of time to get it under the tree. I'm so disappointed.
I ordered a ring in the recent Black Friday sale. I wanted to return so created a return for a refund to my original form of payment (Klarna) on the website. I don’t own a printer but was advised a QR code would be provided. It wasn’t and when I reached out to CS, I didn’t get a response until nearly a week later saying a QR code could not be provided. I managed to get a label printed at the courier drop off in the end. My return was received and the refund processed the next week however, the refund was put on as a store credit, not to my original form of payment!!!!! I was also sent confusing emails confirming the store credit and confirming refund to Klarna but Klarna still has the payment as active. Panicked, I immediately reached out to Mejuri CS again and I have now received an automated email saying it will be at least another 4 (!!!) working days before they can respond!! I am disappointed and also angry. I have ordered a lot from Mejuri in the past but as soon as this issue is sorted, I will cancel my account!
My favorite place to go. The jewelry is beautiful sans elegant and fun too. But the people is what makes the difference also. They have the most friendliest staff and everyone is so welcoming. And yes, I’ve tried the piercing station also and they are out of this world. I’m afraid of needles and I barely felt it, plus their regiment for keeping it clean it amazing and works great!
