Please check items before you send them out to your customers. I received a bracelet that was CLEARLY damaged. If someone had taken just seconds to check if the item being sent was ok I would never have received an item which was so damaged.
Amazing! Would you be able to bring in more pendants for necklaces that are 18K. More statement pieces and bigger (coin size and round)? Or anything else that would be more of a statement pieces? Thank you!! I love love love your jewellery and so does my daughter
We have been a customer for several years. We started purchasing the star and moon stud, however, the stud kept losing the backend, and we had to purchase a replacement. Then again, the back was gone, so we can't use the left Star stud either. During the holiday, we tried to make purchase again, unavailable(while price went up from $45 to $75 per stud). We made a trip to the store, was advised that for the back, store no longer has the inventory and will need to order online, but you can't purchase via online either... We love the product but the quality seems lacking...
I have written about this before, Mejuri makes it very difficult to actually buy anything. I stopped by the Montreal store last week to look at the "Peachy" charm as I wanted to see what it looked like before purchasing it to wear on a trip next week. The store was totally out of stock, not even a sample to look at. Today I stopped by again and there was one left, I guess the last one, but the salesperson refused to sell it to me because it was the last one. I would have absolutely purchased it but because your company, or at least the Montreal store, seems to have trouble stocking things, you lost a sale. This has happened before. You should not force customers to order things and have them shipped, not only is this annoying but it's not environmentally friendly (packaging, shipping, etc.).
