Review Time
I was trying to make a purchase of an item that showed to be in stock. When I was trying to check out, I got a notification that your company could not ship to my mailing address, even though I have made purchases in the past without issue. I reached out to customer service and was informed the issue looked to be because the item was out of stock, but was not updating on the website yet. I asked if I could be informed when the item went back in stock, and was told I could not be, and would have to wait a few days until the website updated and could do it myself. Mostly was just a website issue, and was more inconvenient than anything.
I reached out to customer service on several occasions attempting to resolve an issue I had with an order placed for my mother for Christmas and unfortunately, I wasn't even granted the decency of a response. Not acceptable for a company of this magnitude.
I have been a client for more than 2 years now and they havent disappointed me once! Even the 2 times I had an issue with an item, which can be somewhat expected with jewerly, they were fast to solve it and gave me great solutionsTheir staff is so nice every time I go to the store and I like they offer sales certain times in the year for their customers! Also, very nice pieces
