Excellent service. Great products. I don’t think u can return earnings which is frustrating. I’d love more emeralds & ruby’s! Sometimes it’s hard to tell if items are solid gold all the way thru. You can see it with rings. I feel perhaps intentionally to keep cost low?
I purchased a necklace ion the Black Friday sale as a Christmas present for my daughter. The necklace has still not been delivered. a week prior to Christmas I contacted Mejuri to find out wheee the item was and was advised that it was a popular item and delivery would be delayed. It is now the end of January and I am still waiting for the necklace. Communication has been nonexistent and I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I am reluctant to purchase anything from Mejuri again.Janine Gibson

My experience at the square one location was good but once my decision was made as to what I wanted to purchase the sales associate failed to let us know where to go to pay and what the processes was of checking out!!Better communication would have made my experience a 5 star rating
