Great Customer Service and Beautiful Earrings!

I bought the Patra oversized hoops online during the sale. As a few people have mentioned, the clasps were faulty. I took them to the Sydney store and they sent them back and ordered new ones delivered to my house at no charge. Would be great not to have the issue at all but the service was great and the new earrings have good clasps. They look fantastic and I wear them all the time. LOVE.
