The vast majority of independent jewelry stores seem to focus on dainty designs, so I absolutely love the bold, but simple, designs that is coming from Mejuri -- it's the reason I constantly search for Mejuri! I wish there was more black coloured jewelry, or jewelry themed around birthstones. The vermeil gold is beautiful,but it tarnishes so quickly! I find that I have to clean them before and after each use.The clasps and the backings of the earrings are very weak... I've lost 3 pairs of Mejuri earrings because of the weak structure.When delivering, I get paranoid because of the large "Mejuri" gold sticker used to seal the box. I feel that it's just flagging porch pirates to steal the box.
I always love mejuri’s packaging. My order came quickly too. I would say that the bag containing my hoop earring set that I ordered was confusing because I didn’t realize there was a slot separating the two hoops. I thought I was missing one!
Loved the two higher ticket items I purchased from Mejuri. Was not happy with ability to check order status and the delivery. I made the purchases with the help of a sales associate in store. Items had to be shipped, which was fine. There was no estimated date upon order, tried to contact customer service about it through chat, which was unsuccessful, unresponsive and time consuming. When the two separate orders eventually did get shipped, there was no option for a signature required at the door for either, and I also unsuccessfully tried to add a note to the delivery service to ring the doorbell when leaving it on the porch so someone at home could grab it. It seems ridiculous that items with such a high price are dropped off without any indication or need for a signature -- anyone could have taken the packages. The items themselves are great and I've got quite a few Mejuri pieces and love them, but I would hesitate to order anything again that would be delivered to door.
