The only good thing about this company is their costumer service and how they felt with my case and refund process. I had a bad experience with the trimmer, I had several cuts from it ( I used it the right way angling it with skin not in any degree in a stabbing position). Also, since the trimmer is marketed for specific areas, it is not at all flexible to trim those gentle areas. Check competitors trimmers using two sided mini blades which provides the flexibility and comfort trimming. Thank u
First, shipping team is not on top of the task. I got my package lost at the beginning then after waiting for more than 100 days meridian decided to compensate me. Also, for the compensation they used my address wrong which yield in me taking charge and coordinate between USP and my shipping carrier. After all, I got my trimming machine. As for the trimmer, for body part I think it's very good (not perfect) and for the men's lower part it is good (yet I injured my balls). The hair size after trimming is still long (1-1.5 size of normal trimming machine) and u have to go over the body part multiple times to get it cut (and its not perfect). If you are not careful u may still hurt your balls so watch out. In general (despite the shipping issue) I recommend the trimming machine because nothing in the market is as good as it is. Yet it is not perfect.
Please don't waste your time buying the Trimmer. It absolutely does nick and cut you, and the shave isn't even acceptably close. My Philips body hair trimmer nicks me less and has no "ceramic protection layer" or whatever Meridian calls this nonsense, not to mention the shave on my Philips is way closer and near bald. I knew this was too good to be true. Save your money.
Thank you! Finally a grooming product that just works! My husband loves his. No pulling or pinching. Very ergonomic and light. The materials feel high end and nice to the touch. The “Spray” is a nice addition. Helpful and nicely scented. My husband loves this set so much, we bought our son one too for college!
