Review Time
I’ve been having a terrible experience trying to log into my Hotmail/Outlook account. Every single time I try, I get the message: “Too many requests. Try again later.” I haven’t even made multiple attempts, so I have no idea why this keeps happening. When I try to reset my password, it says: “That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method.” But there is no other method available, and I’m completely stuck. This has been going on for MONTHS, and I urgently need to access important emails. There’s no clear help or fix, and I’m getting increasingly frustrated. Please do something about this. It's unacceptable that I can’t even access my own account, especially when I rely on it for critical communication.
WTF? How can a multi-million dollar, decades old company completely SUCK at simple login, active customer support, page refreshes, and be impossible to reach? I've experienced months long tech issues with no resolution. Just shut down business immediately!
Goodbye Microsoft, once Windows 10 reaches the end of support I'm off. I will not be ripped off by Microsoft anymore, pay through the nose for everything and two years after being sold a new surface tablet getting told it will not run Windows 11 and to buy a new one is enough. There are better and cheaper options out there and I will be going down that route. Microsoft have become the biggest ripoff merchants in the tech industry.
When I wanted to register my new business at Microsoft for the first time, I first had to pass a robot test. Unfortunately, the test was broken and it kept resetting me back to the start. I found thousands of people online who couldn't pass this hurdle either. I ended up solving it by taking the audio test (for blind people). And that was just the start. I've connected my software to microsoft's. But half a year ago MS told me I needed to deliver them extra company details. I've been communicating with them back and forth and they keeping denying my information for vague reasons. Meanwhile they've disconnected my software from their services and these no longer work. This has caused my software to not work properly (MS users can't login anymore). Also, calendar integrations failed when MS shut down the service, hurting my customers. This has caused my software to fail and I'm stuck with huge debts. My worst nightmare. Microsoft is, in my opinion truly an evil business, because it promises ALL in terms of service and in the end it delivers (close to) NOTHING. Don't get me wrong, MS Office works great. It's just that nearly everything else that MS touches, turns to sorrow.
Biggest load of c—p I have been trying for 2 days to log in. I’ve reset my computer twice updated it once thought the problem would be solved but no. Went back to my computer to the same thing. PASSWORD INCORRECT IT IS DRIVING ME MAD I HAVE GOT WORK TO DO BUT CANT DO IT BECAUSE MICROSOFT WONT LET. is there another system I could use.
I can't log in. I can't log in. I can't log in. It seems to be the common problem with microsoft. Their website always says, "too many request". Why is it so difficult just to log onto microsoft account? Customer service is one of the WORST i have seen. They don't listen and they seem to be more of a bunch robots than actually listening to our problem.
