I constantly come across the password being received as incorrect ( even though it's the correct one) and blocking the account, forcing me to reset it every time. I've ran into this more than 20 times in the past year

Support should get back in 24 hours and didn't. Lost access to my email account and it still hasn't been resolved. I changed my password and it wasn't accepted.

Utterly foul company

Utterly foul, disgusting organisation. No working Office version of Excel for over two years, it's impacted my time and (without wishing to jump any bandwagon), my mental health. They even told the rep who was replying to stop communicating to us! An example of the kind of profiteering filth that's destroying the world, basically.

The absolute worst support your can imagine

Microsoft has the absolute worst support service. My password stopped working suddenly (Though I know it is correct), And I’ve spoken to five people so far it’s been two days and none of them have even attempted to help me and have just passed the batton on to another person saying they will call at a certain time and have not called back at all. All they have to share are excuses. This would be completely unacceptable in my line of work. They have complete monopoly and are taking full advantage of it. There needs to be some accountability, Their service is the absolute worst I have ever seen at any organization.

One Drive is One Way to Drive Customers away

One Drive is like ransomware. Unless you add a subscription, your email won't work. I tried for a few hours to figure out how to turn that stupid thing off but to no avail. When MSFT has you on a string, they show no mercy. I'm going about to quit Outlook, something I used since the early part of the century and find something that doesn't cost 19.99 a year.

The worst company ever

The worst company ever, the customer service is very, very bad. You pay money for products, and they don't work. Microsoft has someone call you from another country who speaks English fluently, you can't understand them, and they can't understand you. It is a lose-lose situation. You may end up hanging up, yelling at them, or being transferred to someone who does not speak or understand English.A class action lawsuit needs to be brought against this company. They are scammers. You pay for a service or product that doesn't work, but they constantly take your money.

“LoOkS lIkE the MiCrOsOfT aCcOuNt…” shut the hell up. Absolute idiocy that shines above all else for Microsoft and it’s an absolute joy that Xbox is failing and falling harder and harder. Can’t login in to an account I’ve tried multiple times on different accounts. Why the hell is it just one account per PlayStation? Can’t even unlink account because I can’t login to this unknown accounts.

What happened to them was it greed from money I had a Xbox account for 20 years or more my email got hacked so I sorted it change my password ect then Microsoft banned me from Xbox if there so smart they should know I got hacked lost a customer Microsoft even my brother selling he’s Xbox to what you done
