this organization has become a spam. I hope SMEs can stay away from Microsoft.They charge recurring fees for the past many months. By hiding contact us information, they are able to charge recurring fees for months. And their authenticator app scam does not let you log in for one reason or the other.

Activity prevents me from paying them.They have a policy where if you use too many payment methods they lock your account from using any new method of payment. Effectively making my account useless after my next card expires. I have 12 years and thousands spent on it. Their solution: hang up on me cause they can’t explain how sweeping me under the rug is professional and good business.

If I could give a zero I would. Received a NON working Xbox. Support is giving me a run around bc I bought it thru Affirm. I can't even send it back for a refund. I'm contacting my lawyer. I will never purchase ur crap again.

Terrible. Signed up for a business account for 365 and can't get back in. No idea why? Says my account is not recognised and there is no support. Just a bunch of unhelpful suggestions.

Declined a subject access request which…

Declined a subject access request which is a legal right in the UK. Microsoft decided to restrict my account for no reason and then all ways to get it unrestricted ask you to login which you can't do because you're restricted. They then send help articles to an email you don't have access to and agents have free will to hang up on you and refuse microsofts legal obligation to disclose the very data they hold on you. My dog has a tumour and now I can't access the notes for my vets all because this poor company I have been with for 18 years has decided they clearly don't want me to have access to my emails anymore. I have now moved everything to icloud due to this poor service

Do not use Microsoft email

Do not use Microsoft email, the moment you enter another country they block your email. If you have your back up account with them that will be blocked as well therefore making it impossible to access your accounts, the phone numbers then tell you to go online for help but without a email account linked to the blocked accounts it’s impossible to sign in.

Here's the story

Here's the story. Bought an Xbox controller and the right joystick did not function properly. Microsoft sent a replacement since it was in warranty. The replacement had missing thumb sticks LOL. I contact them again about this and they tell me to send the replacement back to them to fix it. I do. I get it back and it is STILL missing the thumb sticks LOL I see in my microsoft account that they then placed an order to send me the replacement parts, which I assume are the thumb sticks. Why was this not fixed when I sent it to Microsoft?!?! What???? It makes no sense. Please do better.

Locked out of my account for a unknown…

Locked out of my account for a unknown reason, when I contacted Microsoft, they said for Skype abuse ??? Never used Skype, microsoft confirmed even if I have never used Skype if you create a microsoft account its all linked even if a Skype account doesn't exist, then had an email stating someone logged in from unknown device, will be making a complaint to data protection - as its not the first time my account was comprised, I'm fortunate enough to of not had any personal details such as bank cards and adresss etc etc. Made 42 applications to reinstate the account due to comprimisation and without any propper investigation from microsoft plus the additional evidence I sent microsoft to review and reinstate the account they don't care, they just keep closing the requests down.
