Literally just bought minecraft on a fresh account and microsoft is telling me I can't login because my account is connected when it isn't

Poor service

Subject: Complaint Regarding Ongoing Service Failure and Lack of Resolution – Microsoft OneDriveI pay for an annual subscription to Microsoft OneDrive. Since February 2025, the core functionality of the service—file sharing with designated users—has stopped working. Despite reaching Tier 3 support and spending hours over the past four months coordinating with Microsoft, the issue remains unresolved.Throughout this time, I have repeatedly been asked to submit logs and information that I have already provided multiple times. There has been no meaningful update or progress in resolving the issue.On June 16, I asked about compensation for the prolonged disruption. I was told there are no further escalation paths and was again asked for data I had already submitted.This service has not functioned as advertised for four months, and Microsoft has failed to provide an adequate resolution. At this point, the only acceptable remedy is a refund for the portion of the service that has not worked.I request your assistance in holding Microsoft accountable for failing to deliver a paid service and failing to resolve the matter through appropriate support channels

Updates cause problems

Updates cause problems - every time I spend the next few days trying to get my computer back how I want it. Just uninstalled teams and copilot. Looking out for onedrive which messed up my pc so badly it took weeks to sort out. There doesn't seem to be any way to complain even when sign in to account [which is risky because may let microsoft mess about with pc] support not available - what am I paying for????

Shame on you MICROSOFT! No phone support or online support, Left emails no response!

Re Office Home for Mac: 2024. Purchased in Nov 2024 No phone support, no email support emailed, used help in office, noresponse for over 6 months…keep opening up local files on my Mac, says read only, have to duplicate the file and save as a new name….How frustrating…They are original files from my computer. Clean up your act Microsoft!

Microsoft is holding my email hostage. Unconscionable in a world where email is the life source of small business. Terrible customer service that follows a script and does not possess the knowledge necessary to hurdle obstacles outside of the norm. Please release my email. PLEASE do the right thing Microsoft.

Disgusting company

Yesterday, my laptop didn’t start and when it finally did, it asked for a BitLocker ID. I had no idea what this is since no one had the courtesy to mention it when I bought the laptop in the first place. After looking into this and contacting both Microsoft and HP, it turns out that there’s nothing they can do and the only way to ‘fix’ my laptop is to reset it to factory settings. This, however, is unacceptable since I have important legal documents saved on my laptop, not to mention thousands of personal photos and videos. I couldn’t find the physical documents since obviously I have disposed of papers from 5 years ago. How is it even possible there is no way to recover from this mess? Did I ever ask for BitLocker to be installed on my laptop? A person’s personal data and documents should always be accessible to them via their own passwords. Why is this third party even on my laptop? The point I suppose is to keep my laptop safe? From who, me? This is unbelievably stupid and I can’t believe I even have to put this in writing. One would think that tech people are intelligent but hey, yet another surprise. I’m going to need an actual solution to this. All I need is access to MY documents - it’s ridiculous if I can’t get access to these. Beyond ridiculous actually, you might have just ruined my career and life.

The most useless unhelpful business…

The most useless unhelpful business I've ever had to deal with, total disgrace, increased subscription by over 30% and when I agreed to annual feee to make savings they took payment immediately and not the following month when it was due.When you try to talk to someone to fix it they just direct to an online help page and refuse to talk to you.
