Bad company over all

i am using a Surface Pro 9 for office use, and Microsoft Office ONLY works in the web Apps in the browser. they are exceptionally slow, lack critical features for big datasets (especially Excel). The device came preinstalled with windows 11 home, which i didnt mind at the time, as i was able to create a local account. i had to send in my device to get the uefi fixed, which they did, but they reset my device. i have made a backup beforehand, and when trying to reinstall it, it did not work, and customer support did not help at all, they just made it worse. Microsoft as been a pain in the a** for the last year, and them discontinuing windows 10 leads to me using Linux for a lot of legacy hardware in my house, as i am not able to pay hundreds or thousands of bucks for new hardware.

I GIVE UP ON MICROSOFT

WINDOWS 11 IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.I have always found Windows problematic. The current problem is Win 11 Voice Access.I made the mistake of trying it only to find it is unusable as apparently has everyone else because Microsoft has been saying for ages that they are going to remove it. THEY HAVE NOT. IT IS STILL THERE. It is using up resources, slowing and complicating startup which is problematic anyway.

So far I love lost 2 of my accounts due to it's over paranoid verification procedures over the last 10 years. I have lost my new one today from a verification procedure.

Your Excel Exam Is an Absolute…

Your Excel Exam Is an Absolute EmbarrassmentDear Microsoft (or whoever let this flaming garbage heap of an exam see the light of day),What in the ever-loving name of mediocrity is this so-called "Excel exam"? I have never encountered such a steaming pile of incompetence disguised as a professional certification. Let me spell it out for you: this exam is an insult to anyone with functioning brain cells, let alone people who actually know how to use Excel.Let’s talk about the time limit. Whoever thought, "Hey, let’s give people barely enough time to breathe, let alone complete a task," deserves an award—for sheer stupidity. Do you honestly think this is how Excel is used in real life? People aren’t solving spreadsheets in 30 seconds with their boss screaming in their ear. But hey, congrats on designing an exam that perfectly replicates the feeling of trying to defuse a bomb. Spoiler: that’s not a skill anyone asked for.Now onto the questions. Or should I say riddles? Because trying to decipher what you’re asking feels like solving a Sudoku puzzle written in hieroglyphics. Were these questions tested on anyone? Or did you just let an algorithm spit them out and call it a day? Half the time, I wasn’t even sure if I was answering the question correctly because the instructions were so vague they might as well have been written in Morse code. Clarity is not a luxury—it’s a BASIC REQUIREMENT. Get it together. Here’s the kicker: this exam isn’t just bad. It’s actively harmful. It’s a waste of time, money, and energy for anyone who dares to take it. People sign up for this certification expecting a fair and professional assessment of their skills. What they get is a chaotic mess that tests nothing but how fast they can guess their way through poorly written nonsense. Honestly, it feels like this exam was designed as a joke to see how many people you could frustrate at once.Microsoft, you’re supposed to be the gold standard for software. Instead, you’re out here running what feels like an amateur hour at the local community center. How do you not see how embarrassing this is? You’re tarnishing your own reputation with this disaster of an exam. Here’s what you need to do (assuming you care, though I’m seriously starting to doubt that):Scrap the time limit. No one—and I mean NO ONE—uses Excel at lightning speed for critical tasks. Stop being ridiculous.Burn the questions and start over. Hire someone with actual knowledge of Excel AND basic communication skills to rewrite them.Test the exam before releasing it. Shocking, I know. But maybe try giving it to actual humans to see if it makes sense. In conclusion: your Excel exam is a joke. A bad one. Fix it, or stop wasting everyone’s time. And while you’re at it, maybe reflect on how a multi-billion-dollar company managed to produce something this laughably incompetent.Sincerely,Someone who’s had ENOUGH of your nonsenseMason Jenkins

I’ll keep it short as possible

I’ll keep it short as possible. Account got hacked.Said email I’ve had for 12+years does not exist when I use it on the daily for work, Xbox etc.Lost my whole Xbox account/games/progress!All my items in steam sold.Customer support A.I. kept giving me the same things to try that I’ve done 100x over!A.I. kept appointing me to sign in to talk to someone, but how is that possible if my account no longer exists due to and email that goes by “hailey262337 from @yaloramail.su” took over everything?????Microsoft…. FIX YOUR SH*T and get a FU**ING Customer service care together that you can actually SPEAK TO!! At this point, I’d rather talk to Abbibi Jamal on the phone rather than get tossed into the Matrix by a DAMN TESLA BOT!!!!!!

Unprecedented carelessness

Microsoft upgraded my account, then illegally charged me for 2 account levels, but refused to take responsibility and to give a refund. A sickening, unethical company who hates its customers. Unprecedented carelessness.

We have been a customer for 39 years…

We have been a customer for 39 years year and owned microsoft stock. This year we wanted to renew our Office membership paid for it and it stopped working. Contacted Microsoft Belgium and they told me that they require a Microsoft email account and I refused as I have never used a MS account. They refused to make things work and the MD of Belgium she told us it is our problem. It is clear that MS doesn't care what their people think. Since we and our friends sit in a couple of boards we can decide what software to use. and it will not be microsoft. In addition the European union has told us they will intervene.

Fraud Company

I see, I am not alone with this experience...Microsoft is a fraud company and the supervisory authority does nothing!!!I bought and paid for Mac Office 2021 (offline installation) officially. Now this is switched off with the request to pay monthly for Office 365. They are just scammers. To ALL, www. libreoffice.org is the solution to these micro-junk thieves

Very slow, unresponsive, and constant issues with Call of Duty Mobile

I’m facing multiple unresolved issues with Call of Duty Mobile, and I’ve had no proper response from Activision.1. Error when updating: I'm getting the error "Failed to download update. Ensure you have a stable connection (Code: 554827811)" even with a stable internet connection. I’ve tried switching phones and even formatting my device, but nothing works.2. Bluetooth controller issues: Official PlayStation and Xbox controllers keep disconnecting frequently during gameplay.3. No support for 120 FPS: My phone (Moto Edge 40 Neo) supports 120 Hz, but the game doesn’t offer support for 120 FPS, which is disappointing.I’ve been trying to reach out to Activision for a solution, but they’ve been unresponsive and extremely slow. If Activision isn’t going to resolve these issues, I believe Microsoft, as the owner of Activision, should step in to help. Please escalate this issue and provide a resolution.
