Unbelievable how this company has lost itself in time...Everything with Microsoft it's just a hassle ...This 1 star review I had to make after receiving spam emails from Microsoft and not being able to remove myself from their system... They just make everything so difficult...

Ban XBOX console

You suck and I will bad mouth you everywhere I can for your awful customer service! I bought my son a pre owned XBOX X from the GameStop in Wareham MA for Christmas. He turn it on yesterday for the console to be ban by XBOX because it was stolen!!! I called the corp off and all the are willing to do is have me trade it in and pay for a different one!!!! They sold me a STOLEN XBOX and want me to pay for their mistake!!! Are you kidding me!! I have reached out to the local news station to let them know how they are treating me!! I also reached out to the attorney general of Massachusetts!! Let’s all ban together against this BS company!! If we all refuse to purchase anything from them they will have to close down!!!

Paying for a service that cannot be accessed and not receiving any support

For a year now, Microsoft has blocked my access to my paid 365 account. I requested a review to unblock the account and allow access, as per their procedure, but I never received a response. The payment is made through an automatically renewed subscription. To cancel the subscription one needs to login into the account. So, I’m in the absurd situation now where I cannot cancel the subscription because I can’t log in, and I’m paying for a service I cannot use. The only option I have been given is to start an account recovery process. I did this and received a response from Case Management SIR20482357. I was told to fill out a form requiring me to write passwords I’ve used on websites other than Microsoft, contacts I’ve emailed, and credit card details.This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. In the email, they literally wrote, “the secret to filling out this form.” Secret?? It’s disgraceful—what’s secret about unlocking a paid account or at least canceling it and stopping the payments? A company that released Copilot to the market cannot figure out, using a CRM, the account of a customer who provides their username, phone number, and license number??? Shameful—you are thieves and have zero regard for your customers. Unless you work for a large organization with an army of IT support backing you, don't bother with a paid Microsoft 365 subscription.

No service at all

My account was closed. To bring back the account I had to use the email I had when I was an iPhone user (since iphone5 - I have left apple). Apple had locked my account. So I was unable to get my account back. Tried to call microsoft in both telephone numbers. It was a joke, an automated joke, which could not do anything for me. So one star is to much for the worst service ever. Shame on you microsoft. Soon the new android computers will take over from your lame system. You are not a prime company. You never was.

All the updates Microsoft is making for Windows 11 are faulty. there is teams personal which i can't uninstall, because windows automaticlly installs this BS again.

Hopeless Microsoft Authenticator Robot Challenge

Went to use Microsoft Authenticator on my mobile. Was given two "Help Beat the Robots" tasks, one audio and one visual. Both defeated me and thus wasted my time.I appreciate AI makes robots more of a problem but the innovation is not a solution for many customers.
