You give customer service a bad name. What a scumbag company. I get notifications that my account is being hacked every day multiple times a day and all you can do is route people to online. Horrible!

Support sucks

I’m trying to create a new email for my business but before creating the email it wants me to verify it using the email which i am trying to create but not created. Therefore I’m stuck in a never ending cycle. I’ve tried using their support but it is futile. I can’t speak to anyone to solve this and am constanltly redirected to self help article which don’t help.

Please dont waste your time dealing…

Please dont waste your time dealing with microsoft. impossible to speak with anyone and impossible to try and raise a return of product to them if its faulty etc. they spruik great warranty and ease of returns online but if you go to claim any of these things, good luck.Ive lodged a dispute with my card providor and fair trading

What have Microsoft ruined Outlook for

What have Microsoft ruined Outlook for. The old Outlook was intuitive, easy to set up and use and enjoyable to use. Now when I click on Outlook in my Microsoft Office account it opens in a browser tab and none of my emails are there. I tried using the new Outlook but it is definitely not intuitive, very clunky to try ans set up and use and nowhere near as good as the old Outlook. There is no separate task list so I can't use this as my todo list anymore. Indeed having to look at alternatives to Outlook to try and find a useful, easy to use email system. Any suggestions welcomed.

Terrible service!Impossible to buy!Only subscription and expensive at that!100 verifications!They ask for serial numbers of computers - this is complete nonsense!It's a terrible and complicated dashboard.Word - does not work (I can't edit or collage)!

Microsoft thinks they own your computer.

It's good to know I've spent over 2K on parts building MY computer. Yet Microsoft feels they own it as I have no controll over what software is installed. I've uninstalled One Drive more times than I can count. Yet every F'N time Windows updates, One drive is installed AGAIN, changing my setting and insisting MY personal files being uploaded to their cloud drives instead of on my personal drives where I keep having to reconfigure every G.D. time Microsoft updates. And it's not like I could actually contact Microsoft as all I'll get is some third party white branded company overseas and speak to someone who only recently had computers introduced to their village. Who know nothing about computers, only reading from a flow chart and incapable of resolving real issues.
