Another negative review, you guys forced people to move to windows 11... Well, i would not complain IF I WASNT GETTING BLUE SCREEN LIKE NEVER BEFORE. More than 10 bluescreen so far and its not even a year since the upgrade, i had 0 on windows 10, you guys are completely out of your minds to force people into an unstable OS wich bring nothing usefull to the table. Hope your company just goes bankrupt and we move to linux.
I've been locked out of my account because someone hacked in, tried to purchase something from skype. Now I've been blocked. My xbox account is linked to that account and I can no longer play. That is 17 years of purchases and no one is helping me.it's a constant circle of filling in forms and then being told my account is locked because of the violation on skype. I DONT NEED THE ACCOUNT JUST TRANSFER MY XBOX TO ANOTHER EMAILSort it out, so many people have the same issue. Awful experience, awful service
Microsoft has very flexible options especially when it comes to their gamepass subscription. I forgot to cancel it they charged me 20$ and when i went to go cancel it because I couldnt afford it they offered to refund my money. Because of this I'll be 100% happy to rebuy it in the future knowing if i ever forget Microsoft cares.
