Please, please, someone — IS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVE TO THIS MICROSOFT CRAP?Are these programs seriously this glitchy? What the hell are the software testers even doing?I honestly cannot grasp how this is the “standard” we’re stuck with. In this so-called "AI age, nothing has gotten simpler" — and whenever you try to use tools that are supposed to be helpful and time-saving, all you end up with is frustration, wasted hours, and a pile of unanswered questions.Maybe start hiring people based on actual, old-school soft skills — people who are responsible, self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and can actually understand the bigger picture. Not some 19-year-old “prodigies.”

FU Miscroft.This last year Microsoft increased it's fees for individuals from $60 to $99 for one year, which I didn't like, but okay. This morning however, I opened Word to dictate. Their new privacy policy blocked me because I turned off permission for Microsoft to analyze my data. FU Microsoft. FU Microsoft. FU Microsoft. FU! How do you charge me and and then block access to use what I've already paid for. Microsoft doesn't care because honestly, they don't have too. 85% 1star with a 1.3 rating. They're sipping champagne while laughing at every single review.

This Outlook is absolutely Awful 😡😡😡

This Outlook support is an absolute disgrace. I am unable to sync my old account to the new version still, and how long it this new version out? 😡😡😡I am getting emails to two separate same accounts? You couldn't make this up, absolute Farce. These Clowns don't give you any option to try to help in this regard, only a page with loads of bullshit. I'd advise anybody to get another email account.

Scammers

Scammers - Move to Google and stay away from them. THIEVESThey keep charging and stealing money at will and charge whatever and however they want eventhough I paid yearly and have over 10 products with them: emails , apps etcFirst email they charged me 2 times over 200$, when i asked for refund they went back and forth and then deleted the charge from my account but never refunded. Beware of them and migrate your emails to Google.

So the latest version of Windows 11 has taken two days to load, whilst making my computer unusable. And now FFS, it 75% slower than it was before! What is it with Windows bloody 11 that i.so crap? Microsoft why don't you answer!!!!!!

Tech Help not available to simple folk

Tech Help not available to simple folk. I have a licensed copy of 365 on old Mac. I need it transferred to a new Mac but cannot speak to anyone. A robot directs you to some obscure website then rings off. I am left with no 365 for which I have paid and seemingly no way of getting the help I need. I desperately need help.

Imagine being Microsoft and having a 1…

Imagine being Microsoft and having a 1 star review. Pitiful. They have basically stolen my money. I bought Microsoft 365 Business basic and it didn’t show up on my account. I have tried multiple times to login and it won’t let me. unfortunately, you have to login to access their help services so I have been literally stuck in an endless loop getting nowhere. Microsoft admitted that it was their issue and that they were working on it and thanks for my patience. I am not patient I am extremely annoyed. They have taken my money they have cost me money and they refuse to help. Disgusting.
