Imagine being Microsoft and having a 1…

Imagine being Microsoft and having a 1 star review. Pitiful. They have basically stolen my money. I bought Microsoft 365 Business basic and it didn’t show up on my account. I have tried multiple times to login and it won’t let me. unfortunately, you have to login to access their help services so I have been literally stuck in an endless loop getting nowhere. Microsoft admitted that it was their issue and that they were working on it and thanks for my patience. I am not patient I am extremely annoyed. They have taken my money they have cost me money and they refuse to help. Disgusting.

Really poor.

Most recent update signed me out of every program, app etc on my PC. I now have to keep signing back in to my PC and windows when I have the setting on don't request sign in ever. Outlook app has totally failed and web based version struggles to load. How ccan such a massive company get things so wrong.Might look at changing to Linux.

I have disliked nearly every service…

I have disliked nearly every service they offer. The sign-in process alone is enough to make your eyes twitch. If you want simplicity and ease of use or, if you just want to maintain your peace, be sure and steer clear from their products. Sign-in process just to access the processes you pay for send you round and round in circles...30m later it's still telling you why you can't sign in to access your paid purchases. Not worth my time.Update: Not even 24hrs after this review, Microsoft canceled my account. POTENTIAL BUYER BEWARE.

With holding access to personal emails

AVOID AVOID AVOID Had my email account 15 years and been blocked saying someone from another country tried to sign in. Everyday I fill in the form to prove who I am and it gets immediate rejection. Been on chat customer services and they are the absolute worst. Told me nothing they can do and refuse to help. Keep sending links to the form and won't listen when I say they keep rejecting the form. I have really important emails that I won't be able to recover and feel this must be illegal to withheld this from me. I am going to have to ring the ombudsmen and get legal advice as I can easily open a new email address but I have emails I have to get access to. The worst most unprofessional useless company. Go on reddit there's loads of complaints about the same thing going back years. So even though they know the forms are not working they have never fixed it or helped people get their account back. This needs investigating PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING DO NOT USE MICROSOFT FOR EMAILS PEOPLE LOSING ACCESS TO ACCOUNTS LIKE XBOX ETC, JOBS FLIGHTS HOLIDAYS AND MORE.AVOID

Terrible.

This needs to be better 🤦‍♂️.The software they provide is okay but the support is ASS.Lost 8 years worth of game progress, photos, autofill passwords, documents and files just because there is like no way to get help in recovering your account. Filled this form correctly and they denied it for some reason (everything was correct).Currently don't know if my bank account is safe either.

Microsoft (We Dont Care!)

1. The Microsoft Windows 11 update system is faulty, never works properly, and Microsoft just doesn't have the know-how or care to fix the problem.2. The Microsoft Xbox Australian app has U.S.-only competitions because Microsoft is too lazy or just doesn't care to make a localized version of its apps, yet they keep increasing prices.3. There is no customer service or way to contact Microsoft or Microsoft Game Pass support.4. Microsoft just doesn't care.

Windows is good system for general use but is vulnerable to hacker attacks.

I use Windows for almost entire life and only recently I had problems with that system that it was hard to use it. It was because of hacker attacks. I could not use my mouse properly and twice I could not use my keyboard.After I entered the cyver security field and started to work on my own security solutions suprisingly my computer start works 2-3x faster.So to sum up Windows is best system for gaming and very good for general use but its weakness is that it is most targeted by criminals and because of that sometimes when you are attacked you will not be able to use comfortably.But besides that it is very good system.
