Microsoft is Worthless

I have been involved with Microsoft since Windows came out. I consider the company worthless after Windows 10. You are better off with Ubuntu and Wine instead of Wondows 11 +.

Sign in problems

Got flagged for suspicious activity on my account and cannot sign in, i have not violated a single rule or done anything remotely suspicious, tried to use my phone number to verify and got repeated error messages, now i learned i may have to wait over a week to re-try to log in due to their garbadge rules, Honestly this is pretty pathetic,

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. They are so big that they do not care about individual customers. They absolutely will not refund any monies paid into their customer accounts regardless of whether a service is delivered or not. Once it's in a Microsoft account it is theirs and there is absolutely no chance of getting ANY refund. I have dumped all MS products and will never go near them again

The WORST customer service in the…

The WORST customer service in the world! They keep pushing you to use chatbot or online support yet they are unable to help when someone hacks your account to create an Xbox account and since I don’t have Xbox, I am unable to resolve the issue or delete the Xbox account. They also won’t allow you to delete your entire account. VERY unfair and deceptive practices!

Awful support

My experience with Microsoft Support has been pretty disappointing. I reached out multiple times for help with a product issue, and every interaction felt slow and repetitive. The support agents were polite but seemed to rely heavily on scripted responses instead of actually understanding my problem. It often took days to get a useful reply, and I had to repeat my case details more than once. The self-help articles they directed me to didn’t solve anything, and getting a live agent through chat or phone felt unnecessarily difficult. I expected better from a company of Microsoft’s size — the lack of efficiency and follow-through made the whole process more frustrating than helpful.

It’s the worst service I had ever…

It’s the worst service I had ever received.I am being left one month out of my account with no support despite numerous daily requests.I unfortunately need to use Microsoft teams for my work but I strongly recommend anyone who is not forced to use it to avoid it at all costs
